Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang analisis pengaruh variasi beban terhadap nilai distorsi harmonisa total (THD) hasil pensaklaran half-height pada Inverter Multilevel Cascaded H-Bridge Tujuh Tingkat. Variasi beban ditujukan untuk mendapatkan keluaran nilai THD terhadap beban yang bervariasi. Variasi yang digunakan yaitu beban R dan beban RL serta merubah besaran nilai pada tiap beban. Setiap beban diuji dengan spesifikasi yang sama dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana nilai THD hasil pensaklaran half-height pada tiap beban. Spesifikasi yang dimaksud adalah tegangan masukan, frekuensi dan sudut pensaklaran pada tiap saklar hasil perhitungan metode half-height. Di mana tegangan masukkan tiap sumber bernilai 100 Vdc, frekuensi 50 Hz, dan sudut pensaklaran sesuai dengan perhitungan metode half-height. Hasil pengujian pada beban R, didapatkan bahwa kenaikan nilai resistansi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keluaran nilai THD tegangan dan arus. Sedangkan hasil pengujian beban RL, didapatkan bahwa kenaikan nilai resistansi dapat mengurangi nilai THD pada tegangan dan kenaikan nilai induktansi dapat menambah nilai THD pada teganagan. Sedangkan, nilai THD pada arus mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan pada nilai resistansi dan induktansi tertentu.

The increasing population growth causes the need for food to also increase. One way for humans to meet their food needs is by farming, as one of the technological advances in the field of plant cultivation using the hydroponic method. The hydroponic method with the nutrient film technique (NFT) is a hydroponic cultivation technique that utilizes circulating water so that plants can get enough water, nutrients and oxygen at certain times when plants need water for photosynthesis. NFT requires a water pump that is always on for approximately 16 hours. Ifresh Hydrofarm is a hydroponic plantation located in Pasuruan, East Java, with a solar energy potential of 4.77 kWh/m2/day obtained from the Meteonorm 7.1 software. The Ifresh Hydrofarm plantation has a daily electricity requirement of 21 kWh/day. The existence of research on the design of solar power plants (PLTS) connected to the PLN network (ongrid) is expected to save plantation electricity costs as well as an alternative power source. This study aims to produce a design analysis of solar power plants (PLTS) in technical and economic aspects using PVsyst software simulation and manual theoretical calculations. Then the simulation results and calculations will be analyzed to determine the feasibility of the PLTS system that has been designed. The design of the PV mini-grid system has an installed capacity of 5.28 kWp, consisting of 16 TSM-330DD14A(II) 330Wp solar panels made by Trina Solar Tech, 1 inverter from the Conext RL 5000E-S brand, manufactured by Schneider Electric with a nominal power of 5kW. The configuration of the mounting array consists of 8 solar panels in series, 2 strings in parallel and a total of 16 solar panels. The PLTS system produces electrical energy of 5.879 MWh/year or fulfills 76.60% of the total electricity demand that is planned to be served by PLTS of 7.674 MWh/year or is able to meet 34.48% of the total electricity needs of the Ifresh Hydrofarm plantation of 17.049 MWh/year. The on-grid PLTS system also injects power to PLN of 1,787 MWh/year. The simulation results of PVsyst 6.7.0 software produce a performance ratio (PR) in one year of 81.8% and 85% for theoretical calculations. PLTS analysis in the economic aspect uses Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), and Pay Back Period (PBP). The results of the analysis show that the Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp. 3,165,053, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 4.01%, the Profitability Index (PI) is 1.0271 and the year of return after the 16th year. Based on the results of the analysis in the technical and economic aspects of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the on-grid solar power generation system (PLTS) is feasible to build.
