Abstract

"Rakryan Digitalent Hub merupakan sebuah Startup di Malang yang mengembangkan sebuah situs web untuk memasarkan produknya dan agar dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja dengan menggunakan pc atau smartphone yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Situs web Rakryan Digitalent Hub memiliki permasalahan usability diantaranya tidak menerapkan hirarki ukuran font, terdapat beberapa button yang tidak dapat digunakan dan inkosistensi konten pada ukuran poster. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan dari interaksi situs web Rakryan Digitalent Hub dengan menggunakan metode Human-Centered Design (HCD). Analisis konteks penggunaan dimana hasil yang didapatkan nantinya berupa karakteristik pengguna, tujuan penggunaan, lingkungan penggunaan, dan tugas skenario. Tahap kedua yaitu spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dimana hasil yang didapatkan berupa permasalahanpermasalahan yang ada di dalam aplikasi dari sudut pandang pengguna berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan usability testing dan kuesioner SUS termodifikasi. Hasil pengujian awal didapatkan data persentase learnability sebesar 77%. Hasil pengukuran time based efficiency sebesar 0,029. Pada pengukuran memorability, kenaikan rata-rata waktu sebesar 47,4% dan jumlah rata-rata tap sebesar 17,1%. Pengukuran aspek error didapatkan hasil tingkat error sebesar 23,8%. Pada aspek kepuasan pengguna didapatkan skor SUS sebesar 56. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dari hasil pengujian awal adalah permasalahan layout, interaksi, dan penamaan produk yang sulit dimengerti pengguna. Tahap ketiga adalah perancangan desain solusi yang dibuat dengan acuan permasalahan dari pengujian sebelumnya. Tahap terakhir yaitu evaluasi desain solusi. Hasil dari evaluasi desain solusi didapatkan data kenaikan tingkat learnability dari pengujian awal dengan akhir sebesar 16%, Hasil pengukuran time based efficiency mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,051 dalam satuan detik, memorability rata-rata kenaikan waktu sebesar 2,6% dan kenaikan sebesar 10,7% pada memorability klik (tap). Dari hasil perbandingan, desain solusi berhasil meningkatkan usability dari situs web Rakryan Digitalent Hub."

English Abstract

Rakryan Digitalent Hub is one of the startups in Malang developing a website to market its product so that it can be accessed any time and anywhere using a PC or smartphone connected to the internet network. Rakryan Digitalent Hub website has usability problems, including not implementing the hierarchy of font size, several buttons that cannot be used, and inconsistency of contents on poster size. This study aims to evaluate and improve the interaction of the Rakryan Digitalent Hub website using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method. Analysis of the context of use, in which the results obtained, will be in the form of users characteristics, intended use, usage environment, and scenario assignment. The second stage is the specification of the user needs, where the results obtained are in the form of problems in the application from the users' perspective according to the test results using usability testing and modified SUS questionnaires. From the results of the initial test, it is obtained the percentage learnability data of 77%. The result of time-based efficiency measurement is 0.029. In the memorability measurement, the increase in the average time is 47.4%, and the average number of taps is 17.1%. The measurement of error aspect is obtained the error rate of 23.8%. The satisfaction aspect of users has obtained a SUS score of 56. The problems found from the results of initial tests are the layout, interaction, product naming problems that are difficult to understand by the ures. The third stage is designing a solution design made with reference to the problems from the previous test. The last stage is the evaluation of solution design. The results of the solution design evaluation obtained the data on the increase of learnability level from the initial and final test of 16%. The results of time-based efficiency measurement have increased by 0.051 in seconds, average memorability of time increases by 2.6%, and 10.7% in the memorability of click (tap). From the comparison results, solution design succeeds in increasing the usability of the Rakryan Digitalent Hub website.
