Abstract
Penelitian ini membuat rancang bangun sebuah sistem penerima televisi digital DVB T (Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial) berbasis SDR (Software Define Radio) menggunakan RTL-SDR USB Receiver RTL2832U+R820T2. Rancang bangun diawali dengan melakukan instalasi dual boot OS Linux Ubuntu 18.04 LTS dan GNU radio companion. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan flowgraph penerima televisi digital DVB-T. Flowgraph DVB-T disusun atas RTL SDR Source, Low Pass Filter, QAM Demod, WX GUI FFT Sink. Ada dua tahap uji performansi meliputi daya terima dan frekuensi standar televisi digital. Kesimpulan yang didapat dalam pengujian ini adalah rancang bangun ini dapat diaplikasikan menggunakan sistem operasi Linux Ubuntu 18.04. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian daya terima adalah 18 kanal. Nilai tengah dari sensitivitas penerimaan daya sebesar -43,5816 dB untuk keluaran yang belum melalui proses demodulasi. Untuk keluaran yang telah melalui proses Demodulasi dengan nilai tengah dari sensitivitas penerimaan daya sebesar -16,8981 dB.

Sigit Kusmaryanto, M.Eng. and Ali Mustofa, ST., MT., IPM. This research makes the design of a digital television receiver system DVB T (Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial) based on SDR (Software Define Radio) using the RTL-SDR USB Receiver RTL2832U + R820T2. The hardware needed in the design of this research is the ASUS Laptop A455L series, USB Cable, USB Hub Adapter, RTL SDR RTL2832U+R820T2. The design begins with a dual boot installation of Linux OS Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and GNU radio companion. Furthermore, the making of flowgraph digital television receiver DVB-T is carried out. Flowgraph DVB-T is composed of RTL SDR Source, Low Pass Filter, QAM Demod, WX GUI FFT Sink. In this research, there are two stages of performance testing were carried out including reception power and standard frequency of digital television. The conclusion obtained in this test is that the design of the SDR-based DVB-T digital television receiver can be applied using the Linux Ubuntu 18.04 LTS operating system. The results obtained from the acceptance test are 18 channels. The mean value of the power reception sensitivity is -43.58 dB for the output that has not been through the demodulation process. For the output that has been through the demodulation process with the middle value of the power reception sensitivity of - 16.89 dB. Keywords -- DVB-T, GNU Radio Companion, RTL SDR
