Rosita Dewi, Intan (2021) Pengaruh Desain Roster Terhadap Pendinginan Alami pada Bangunan Seroomah Villa Gallery Malang. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Kementerian ESDM mempublikasikan rencana kebijakan energi jangka panjang. Penghematan energi bangunan komersial ditargetkan sebesar 10%-30%. Masyarakat perlu menerapkan pendinginan alami untuk meminimalisir penghawaan buatan. Salah satu strategi pendinginan alami, yaitu pengaplikasian roster. Namun, memiliki tingkat kelembapan tinggi pula. Terdapat rekomendasi desain kamar tidur terkait dimensi, guna menurunkan kecepatan udara, sehingga mampu menurunkan kelembapan. Kata kunci: roster, pendinginan alami, arsitektur bioklimatik, kinerja termal
English Abstract
Intan Rosita Dewi, Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering University of Brawijaya, July 2021, Effect of Ventilated Wall Design towards Natural Cooling in Seroomah Villa Gallery Malang, Academic Supervisor: Ir. Agung Murti Nugroho, ST., MT., Ph.D. As time passes, there are thermal comfort problems in urban areas. The average temperature increased up to 0.6⁰C during 2007-2014 (BPS Malang City). The majority of urban people use AC which requires energies. Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has published energy savings plan. Energy savings target for commercial buildings at 10%-30%. Public needs to apply natural cooling. Ventilated wall can be used as natural cooling. Seroomah Villa Gallery Malang by Gursiji Studio applied ventilation wall and did not use AC. This study was conducted using visual analysis method to evaluate ventilated wall as bioclimatic architecture application. Furthermore, took direct measurements, collect data, evaluative analysis, and comparative ones to determine the thermal performance of ventilated wall effect at Seroomah. ANSYS software is used for digital simulation. The results of this study show that ventilated wall at Seroomah appropriate with bioclimatic architecture parameters, except for its opening dimension. Ventilated wall can reduce temperature. Bedrooms A and D applied ventilated wall with 0.42 m2 opening dimension, which was able to reduce the air temperature by 3,2⁰C and 3,9⁰C. However, it has high level of humidity. There are design recommendation regarding dimension, in order to reduce air velocity which can reduce room humidity. Keywords: ventilated wall, natural cooling, bioclimatic architecture, thermal performance
