Abstract

"ABSTRAK Pratiwi, Nadiya Eka. 2021. Literature Review: Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua terhadap Kesiapan Sekolah Anak Pra Sekolah (3-6 Tahun). Tugas Akhir, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya. Pembimbing: (1) Era Nurissa, SST., M.Kes (2) dr. Ni Luh Putu Herli Mastuti, Sp.A., M.Biomed Latar Belakang: Masa anak pra sekolah (3-6 tahun) atau yang sering disebut “The Golden Age” masa ini merupakan masa penting bagi perkembangan anak. Pada masa ini orang tua mulai memasukkan anaknya pada lembaga pendidikan dengan harapan anak nantinya memiliki kesiapan sekolah yang baik. Anak dengan kesiapan sekolah yang baik akan cenderung lebih mudah beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya dan mudah berteman dengan orang lain. Kesiapan sekolah dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor salah satunya yaitu pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pola asuh orang tua dan kesiapan sekolah anak pra sekolah (3-6 tahun). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Literature Review. Sebanyak 11 artikel yang masuk dalam kriteria inklusi kemudian dianalisis. Hasil: Pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua berperan dalam pembentukkan karakter dan kesiapan sekolah anak pra sekolah. Pola asuh demokratis memiliki pengaruh yang baik terhadap kesiapan sekolah anak dan pola asuh otoriter memiliki pengaruh yang buruk terhadap kesiapan sekolah anak. Kesimpulan: Orang tua diharapkan menerapkan pola asuh yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak dan membantu anak dalam membentuk kesiapan sekolah anak. There were 11 articles that fit the inclusion criteria were analysed. Result: The parenting style adopted by parents plays a role in shaping the school readiness of preschool children. Authoritative parenting has a good effect on children's school readiness and authoritarian parenting has a negative effect on children's school readiness. Conclusion: Parents are expected to be able to apply parenting styles that suit their children's needs and help them build school readiness.
