Tugas Akhir, Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Ns. Laily Yuliatun, S.Kep., M.Kep. (2) Ns. Muladefi Choiriyah, S.Kep., M.Kep. "

Pregnant women who are a population susceptible to contracting COVID will experience anxiety. This can affect compliance with antenatal visits because pregnant women will be afraid to go to health services. Non-adherence in antenatal visits in pregnant women can increase maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety of pregnant women related to the COVID-19 pandemic with antenatal visit compliance at the Segaran Polindes, Gedangan District. This research method is analytic correlation with cross-sectional approach, total sampling technique is sampling. Respondents in this study were 39 respondents. This research was conducted in May 2021. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the spearman-rho test. The results showed that the level of anxiety of pregnant women who experienced mild anxiety was 14 respondents (35.9%), moderate anxiety was 16 respondents (41%), and severe anxiety was 9 respondents (23.1%). Compliance with antenatal visits in pregnant women was found to be 27 respondents who were obedient (69.2%) and as many as 12 respondents were not compliant (30.8%). Bivariate analysis obtained a p-value of 0.004 <0.05 and a correlation coefficient of 0.449. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the level of anxiety of pregnant women related to the covid-19 pandemic with antenatal visit compliance with a moderate level of correlation and a positive relationship, meaning that severe anxiety levels can result in pregnant women not being obedient in antenatal visits. Suggestions for respondents are to be able to control anxiety during pregnancy during the covid pandemic by not seeing a lot of news reporting about covid and still complying with antenatal visits by implementing health protocols.
