Penelitian ini bertujuanuntukmengkaji danmengetahui pengaruh kualitaspengalamanterhadapniatberperilakuwisatawan,persepsinilaimemediasipengaruhkualitaspengalamanterhadapniatberperilakuwisatawan,kepuasanwisatawanmemediasipengaruhkualitaspengalamanterhadapniat berperilakuwisatawan,kebahagiaanmemediasipengaruhkualitas pengalaman terhadap niat berperilaku wisatawan dan kepuasan wisatawanmemediasi pengaruhpersepsi nilai terhadapniat berperilakuwisatawan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah240yangmerupakanWisatawanNusantarayangpernahdansedangberwisata pada objek wisata Pulau Dodola, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesionerdengan teknikpengambilansampel Purposivesampling.Smart Partial LeastSquare (SmartPLS)versi 3.0.digunakanuntukmenguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwakualitaspengalamanmemiliki pengaruhyangsignifikan terhadapniat berperilakuwisatawan,namunpersepsinilai tidakmemediasipengaruhkualitaspengalaman terhadapniat berperilakuwisatawan,hasil penelitian juga dapat menunjukkanbahwakepuasanwisatawanmemediasipengaruh kualitaspengalamanterhadap niat berperilakuwisatawan, kemudian kebahagiaandapat mediasi pengaruhkualitaspengalamanterhadapniatberperilakuwisatawan.Temuanstudi ini jugamenunjukkanbahwavariabel kepuasanwisatawandapat memediasi pengaruhpersepsi nilai terhadapniatberperilakuwisatawan. The Effect of Experience Quality on Behavioral Intention with the Mediation of Perceived Value, Happiness, and Satisfaction of Tourists (A Study of Dodola Island Tourism in Pulau Morotai Regency of North Maluku). Promoter: Surachman, Co-Promoters: Kusuma Ratnawati and Mintarti Rahayu. The objective of this research is to study and discuss the effect of experience quality on behavioral intention of tourists, the mediation of perceived value in the effect of experience quality on tourists’ behavioral intention, the mediation of tourist satisfaction in the effect of experience quality on tourists’ behavioral intention, the mediation of happiness in the effect of experience quality on tourists’ behavioral intention, and the mediation of tourists’ satisfaction in the effect of experience quality on their behavioral intention. The sample of this study is 240 domestic tourists, selected using purposive sampling method, who are visiting and have visited Dodola Island tourism site. The data was gathered by distributing questionnaires and analyzed in SmartPLS version 3.0. This study finds that experience quality significantly affects tourist’s behavioral intention, that perceived value does not mediate the effect of experience quality on the behavioral intention, that satisfaction mediates the effect of experience quality on the behavioral intention, and that happiness mediates the effect of experience quality on the behavioral intention. The findings also indicate that satisfaction mediates the effect of perceived value on the behavioral intention.
