Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini memaksa para pekerja untuk hidup berdampingan dengan pandemi COVID-19 dengan cara kerja baru atau yang dikenal dengan sebutan era New Normal. Area yang menjadi sasaran untuk diterapkannya rangkaian tatanan new normal ialah pada area yang memiliki potensi penyebaran virus yang lebih besar. Pada Co-Working Space, area tersebut ialah pada ruang kerja. Tata ruang pada ruang kerja Co-Working Space di era New Normal harus tetap menyesuaikan dan memfasilitasi penggunanya dengan memprioritaskan ruang kerja yang aman dan sehat, khususnya pada Co-Working Space di Kota Malang. Maka diperlukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian penerapan tatanan New Normal pada interior ruang kerja CoWorking Space di Kota Malang berdasarkan standar protokol yang telah ditetapkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan membandingkan 3 studi kasus yang diambil menyesuaikan kriteria pemilihan objek dan ketersediaan Small Community Co-Working Space yang ada di Kota Malang, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian penerapan tatanan new normal yang telah di terapkan pada ruang kerja Co-Working Space melalui unit amatan dan parameter arsitektural yang telah ditetapkan dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian penerapan tatanan new normal pada interior ruang kerja Small Community Co-Working Space di Kota Malang berupa presentase.
English Abstract
The current COVID-19 pandemic is forcing workers to live side by side with the COVID-19 pandemic with a new way of working or what is known as the New Normal era. The target area for the implementation of the new normal series is in areas that have a greater potential for the spread of the virus. In Co-Working Space, the area is in the workspace. The layout of the Co-Working Space workspace in the New Normal era must continue to adjust and facilitate its users by prioritizing a safe and healthy workspace, especially in the Co-Working Space in Malang City. So it is necessary to determine the level of suitability of the application of the New Normal order in the interior of the Co-Working Space in Malang City based on the established protocol standards. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by comparing 3 case studies taken according to the object selection criteria and the availability of Small Community Co-Working Space in Malang City, to determine the level of suitability of the application of the new normal order that has been applied to the Co-Working Space. The Working Space is through the Observation Unit and the architectural parameters that have been determined from various sources. The results of this study indicate the level of suitability of the application of the new normal order in the interior of the Small Community Co-Working Space in Malang City in the form of a percentage.
