Abstract

"Butik Rizza Collection merupakan salah satu butik muslimah di Kota Malang yang menyediakan banyak variasi busana dengan model kekinian. Selain itu, butik ini juga membuka produksi untuk memesan busana secara request sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan. Namun, hingga saat ini pemesanan busana request tersebut masih dilakukan dengan mendatangi butik secara langsung oleh pelanggan. Dalam hal transaksi pembayaran, pelanggan masih melakukannya dengan cara manual, sehingga pelanggan diharuskan untuk melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran kepada admin melalui WhatsApp, sedangkan admin juga masih secara manual mengecek pembayaran tersebut. Mekanisme pembayaran dan pemesanan busana request tersebut belum efektif. Untuk lebih memudahkan dalam pembayaran dan pemesanan busana request, dikembangkan suatu website e-commerce yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway Midtrans. Pelanggan akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan pembayaran tanpa harus melakukan konfirmasi kepada admin, serta kemudahan dalam memesan busana request tanpa harus datang langsung ke butik. Untuk membangun website e-commerce Butik Rizza Collection diperlukan analisis dan perancangan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional pada sistem yaitu menggunakan diagram UML serta perancangan database menggunakan Physical Data Model (PDM). Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model waterfall, dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, DBMS MySQL, serta memanfaatkan framework CodeIgniter. Pengujian dilakukan setelah tahap implementasi selesai dilakukan meliputi blackbox testing mendapatkan hasil 100% valid yang artinya sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan yang telah dispesifikasikan, compatibility testing memperoleh hasil sistem telah kompatibel sehingga dapat dijalankan pada berbagai jenis browser, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) memperoleh hasil akhir dengan presentase nilai sebesar 91,77%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat diterima oleh user dengan hasil sangat setuju. English Abstract

Rizza Collection boutique is one of the Muslim fashion boutiques in Malang that provides many variations with contemporary models. In addition, this boutique also opens production to order clothing on demand according to customer wishes. However, until the time of ordering clothing, the request was still made by visiting the boutique directly by the customer. In terms of payment transactions, customers still do it manually, so customers are required to confirm payments to the admin via WhatsApp, while the admin is also still manually checking the payment. the payment and ordering mechanism for the requested clothing has not been effective. To make it easier to pay and order clothes, an ecommerce website that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway has been developed. Customers will find it easier to make payments without having to confirm with the admin, as well as make it easier to order clothes without having to come directly to the boutique. To build an e-commerce website for the Rizza Collection Boutique, analysis and design are needed to determine the functional and non-functional requirements of the system using UML diagrams and database design using Physical Data Model (PDM). The development of this system is carried out using the waterfall model, with the PHP programming language, MySQL DBMS, and utilizing the CodeIgniter framework. Tests are carried out after the implementation phase is complete, including blackbox testing getting 100% valid results, meaning that the system can run according to specified requirements, compatibility testing obtains compatible system results so that it can be run on various types of browsers, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) obtains final results. with a percentage value of 91.77%, it can be said that the developed system can be accepted by users with the results strongly agree-
