Abstract

"Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik, dari tahun 2008 hingga 2018 jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia secara total mengalami kenaikan sebesar 85.173.696 (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2018). Kenaikan jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor juga turut melahirkan berbagai masalah baru, salah satunya kesulitan dalam mencari bengkel yang bisa mengatasi masalah kendaraan pengguna. CNS (Cirebon Niaga Sejahtera) merupakan sebuah perusahaan berbentuk CV yang berperan sebagai vendor yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengantarkan barang menggunakan armada berupa truk dan mobil pengangkut barang lainnya. Masalah utama yang terdapat dalam CV. CNS terletak pada maintenance kendaraan operasional. Supervisor dan driver seringkali kesulitan mengidentifikasi kerusakan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dibuatlah aplikasi bernama MECHANIC yang nantinya dapat membantu pengguna dalam menemukan bengkel sebagai solusi atas permasalahan kerusakan kendaraan. Proses perancangan menerapkan metode Design Thinking. Terdapat lima tahapan yang dalam pengimplementasian metode ini, yaitu Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test. Pada tahap pengujian sendiri akan menggunakan metode Usability Testing untuk menilai aspek learnability dan efficiency dari desain yang telah dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian aspek learnability, rata-rata persentase keberhasilan responden dalam menjalankan task scenario sebesar 91,5% dengan persentase kegagalan responden dalam menjalankan task scenario sebesar 8.5%. Dengan demikian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengujian pada aspek learnability telah mencapai target, dimana target minimal dari persentase keberhasilan sebesar 70%. Kemudian, pada analisis hasil pengujian aspek efficiency, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa tingkat efisiensi pengguna dalam mengerjakan task berdasarkan perhitungan time-based efficiency sebesar 0,15 goals/sec. English Abstract

Based on the Central Statistics Agency data, from 2008 to 2018 the total number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia increased by 85,173,696 (Central Statistics Agency, 2018). The increase in the number of motorized vehicle ownership has also given rise to various new problems, one of which is the difficulty in finding a repair shop that can solve the problems of the user's vehicle. CNS (Cirebon Niaga Sejahtera) is a company in the form of a CV that acts as a vendor who is responsible for delivering goods using a fleet of trucks and other freight cars. The main problem is contained in the CV. CNS lies in the maintenance of operational vehicles. Supervisors and drivers often have trouble identifying the fault. Based on these problems, an application called MECHANIC was created which can later assist users in finding a repair shop as a solution to the problem of vehicle damage. The design process applies the Design Thinking method. There are five stages in the implementation of this method, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test. The testing stage itself will use the Usability Testing method to assess the learnability and efficiency aspects of the design that has been made. Based on the results of testing the learnability aspect, the average percentage of respondents' success in running task scenarios is 91.5% with the percentage of respondents failing to run task scenarios of 8.5%. Thus, it can be stated that the test on the learnability aspect has reached the target, where the minimum target of the success percentage is 70%. Then, in the analysis of the efficiency aspect test results, it was concluded that the efficiency level of users in doing tasks based on the calculation of time-based efficiency was 0.15 goals/sec.
