Abstract
"COVID-19 merupakan kependekan dari Corona Virus Disease 2019, sebutan tersebut dicetuskan oleh WHO (World Health Organization). COVID-19 adalah virus temuan baru yang menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia, sehingga manusia yang terpapar virus tersebut dapat mengalami sakit kronis bahkan kematian. Keganasan virus ini serta penyebarannya yang sangat pesat, menyebabkan pandemi global yang belum berakhir hingga saat ini termasuk di Indonesia. Beberapa penanganan telah dilakukan untuk menangkal virus tersebut, termasuk penemuan vaksin. Namun, masih perlu waktu yang panjang untuk membuat penyebaran virus tersebut benar-benar terhenti. Gejala yang dialami pengidap COVID-19 berbeda-beda, mulai dari yang parah hingga yang tanpa mengalami gejala apapun. Pengidap yang mengalami gejala parah membutuhkan perawatan secara intensif di Rumah Sakit, sementara yang mengalami gejala ringan atau tanpa gejala dapat menjalani isolasi secara mandiri di rumah. Meski begitu, pengidap yang mengalami gejala ringan atau tanpa gejala tetap memiliki resiko bertambah parah bahkan kematian. Sehingga proses isolasi mandiri harus tetap dijalankan dengan baik, dan tentunya dengan pemantauan yang baik pula. Sejauh ini proses pemantauan pasien isolasi mandiri COVID-19 berjalan cukup baik, namun kurang efektif. Singkatnya pasien hanya dibekali informasi terkait isolasi mandiri, lalu proses isolasi mandiri dilakukan sendiri tanpa pemantauan yang baik karena pemantau tidak benar-benar tahu apa yang dilakukan pasien di rumah. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Pasien Isolasi Mandiri COVID-19 Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus : Ponkesdes Jeru Turen) ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pemantauan pasien isolasi mandiri COVID-19 agar lebih efektif dan mengurangi resiko buruk. Sistem ini memiliki 3 Aktor yaitu Admin, Pemantau, dan Pasien. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall, dan menggunakan teknologi JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PHP, dan MySQL serta menggunakan Framework Laravel. Sistem ini telah diuji dengan menggunakan White Box Texting untuk pengujian unit dan pengujian integrasi, serta Black Box Testing unruk pengujian validasi yang menghasilkan hasil 100% Passed."
English Abstract
“COVID-19 is short for Corona Virus Disease 2019,”the designation was coined by the WHO (World Health Organization). COVID-19 is a newly discovered virus that attacks the human immune system, so humans exposed to the virus can experience chronic illness and even death. The ferocity of this virus and its very rapid spread have caused a global pandemic that has not ended until now, including in Indonesia. Several measures have been taken to ward off the virus, including the discovery of a vaccine. However, it will still take a long time to completely stop the spread of the virus. The symptoms experienced by people with COVID-19 vary, ranging from severe to those without experiencing any symptoms. Patients with severe symptoms require intensive care in the hospital, while those with mild or no symptoms can self-isolate at home. Even so, people who experience mild or no symptoms still have a risk of getting worse and even death. So that the self-isolation process must continue to be carried out properly, and of course with good monitoring as well. So far, the process of monitoring COVID-19 self-isolating patients is going quite well, but is less effective. In short, the patient is only provided with information related to self-isolation, then the self-isolation process is carried out alone without good monitoring because the monitor does not really know what the patient is doing at home. The development of a Website-Based COVID-19 Self-Isolating Patient Monitoring Information System (Case Study: Jeru Turen Village Health Center) aims to facilitate monitoring of COVID-19 selfisolation patients to be more effective and reduce bad risks. This system has 3 Actors, namely Admin, Monitor, and Patient.“This system was developed using the Waterfall method, and uses PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and JavaScript technologies and uses the Laravel framework. This system has been tested using White Box Texting for unit testing and integration testing, as well as Black Box Testing for validation testing which produces 100% Passed results.”
