Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) dan Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) merupakan salah satu permasalahan global yang sampai saat ini sering dibahas. Kecemasan merupakan salah satu masalah psikososial yang umum terjadi pada Orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Kecemasan pada ODHA disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya faktor keterbukaan diri ODHA tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat keterbukaan diri dengan tingkat kecemasan pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sesuai krikteria dengan total sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Revised Self Disclosure Scale (RSDS) dan Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan spearman’s rank test didapatkan p-value = 0,000 (α = 0,05) dan koefisien korelasi = 0,422. Kesimpulan sebagian besar ODHA memiliki tingkat keterbukaan diri sedang, sebagian besar ODHA memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang dan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat keterbukaan diri dengan tingkat kecemasan pada Orang dengan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. English Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) are one of the global problems that are often discussed until now. Anxiety is one of the common psychosocial problems in people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Anxiety in PLWHA is caused by several factors, one of which is the self-disclosure of PLWHA. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of self-disclosure with the level of anxiety in people with HIV/AIDS at the Dinoyo Public Health Center, Malang City. The research design used observational analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method according to the criteria with a total sample of 89 respondents. The measuring instruments used are Revised Self Disclosure Scale (RSDS) and Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) which have been modified by the researcher. The results of the study based on the Spearman's rank test obtained p-value = 0.000 (α = 0.05) and correlation coefficient = 0.422. The conclusion is that most of the PLWHA has a moderate level of self-disclosure, most of the PLWHA has a moderate level of anxiety and there is a relationship between the level of self-disclosure and the level of anxiety in people with HIV/AIDS at the Dinoyo Public Health Center, Malang City.
