Abstract

"Ghaniyyu Abiyyu Khairullah Ridwananta, Program Sarjana, Program Studi Ilmu Politik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, 2021. Analisis Konflik Internal Partai Berkarya Pasca Pemilu Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini membahas fenomena konflik internal Partai Berkarya pasca Pemilu 2019 yang terjadi di tataran kepengurusan partai tingkat Dewan Pimpinan Pusat dimana melibatkan dua faksi pimpinan Tommy Soeharto dan Muchdi Purwopranjono. Pisau analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teori konflik milik Lewis A. Coser dan Simon Fisher yang ditunjang kerangka konseptual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif model studi kasus intrinsik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Titik permasalahan awal konflik ini adalah tidak dilaksanakannya agenda evaluasi internal pasca kegagalan pada Pemilu 2019 yang menjadi pemantik musabab terkuaknya berbagai kebobrokan internal partai yang memicu kekecewaan pada faksi Muchdi Purwopranjono terhadap kinerja DPP Partai Berkarya pimpinan Tommy Soeharto. Intensitas yang tinggi diprediksi membuat konflik ini akan berlangsung lama. Selain itu, besarnya tekanan konflik ditenggarai akan memiliki aktualisasi nilai atau dampak fungsional yang signifikan baik bagi kesatuan partai maupun pelaku konflik. Hasil penelitian menemukan fakta bahwa rasionalisasi faksi Muchdi Purwopranjono dalam memulai konflik ini disebabkan oleh kekecewaan atas kebobrokan kinerja internal DPP seperti kegagalan mencapai target elektoral pada Pemilu 2019, penetapan skala prioritas yang merugikan partai pada Pemilu 2019, buruknya manajemen kesekretariatan DPP, Lemahnya daya finansial partai, serta tidak dilaksanakannya evaluasi internal. Bagi kesatuan Partai Berkarya implikasi fungsional konflik ini adalah tersebar luasnya informasi mengenai partai kepada masyarakat oleh pemberitaan media nasional. Bagi kedua belah faksi nilai/dampak fungsional yang terjadi adalah meningkatnya hubungan asosiatif akibat proses identifikasi, munculnya kreatifitas cerminan integritas kelompok, dan terwujudnya pola hubungan baru yang bersifat asosiatif. Upaya resolusi konflik yang diinisiasi faksi Muchdi Purwopranjono dengan memberikan posisi kehormatan kepada anggota faksi Tommy Soeharto dalam struktur kepengurusan DPP yang baru nyatanya gagal mencapai titik kompromi. English Abstract

Analysis of The Berkarya Party's Internal Conflict After The 2019 General Election. This study analyzes the phenomenon of the Berkarya Party's internal conflict after the 2019 general election that occurred at the party management level at the Central Executive Board level, which involved two factions led by Tommy Suharto and Muchdi Purwopranjono. The analytical of this research uses the conflict theory of Lewis A. Coser and Simon Fisher which is supported by a conceptual framework. This study uses a qualitative research method intrinsic case study model. Data collection was done by interview and document study. The initial problem point of this conflict was there is no internal party evaluation agenda after the failure in the 2019 Election, which was the trigger for the revelation of various internal party defects that triggered disappointment in the Muchdi Purwopranjono faction with the performance of the DPP Berkarya Party led by Tommy Suharto. The high intensity is predicted to make this conflict will last a long time. In addition, the magnitude of conflict pressure is suspected to have value actualization or a significant functional impact for both the party unit and the conflict actors. The results of this study found that the rationalization of the Muchdi Purwopranjono faction in starting the conflict was caused by disappointment over the depravity of the DPP's internal performance such as the failure to achieve electoral targets in the 2019 election, setting priorities that were detrimental to the party in the 2019 election, poor management of the DPP secretariat, weak financial power of the party, and no internal evaluation. For the Berkarya Party, the functional implication of this conflict is that information about this party is widely disseminated to the public by the national media. For both factions the value/functional impact that occurs is the increase in associative relationships due to the identification process, the emergence of creativity that reflects the integrity of the group, and the realization of new associative relationship patterns. The conflict resolution efforts initiated by the Muchdi Purwopranjono faction by giving honorary positions to members of the Tommy Suharto faction in the new DPP management structure failed to reach a compromise point. Until now, the intensity of the conflict still reflects the peak phase. Keywords: Conflict, Chronology, Functional Viewpoint, Berkarya Party, 2019 Election.
