Abstract
Model Prediksi Tak Bias Linier Terbaik Empiris Spasial (SEBLUP) merupakan salah satu metode dalam metode small area estimation (SAE) yang menggunakan pendugaan tidak langsung dalam estimasi penduga parameter populasi dengan memanfaatkan variabel pendukung dari variabel terkait. Salah satu hal yang krusial dalam pemodelan SEBLUP adalah pemilihan matriks pembobot spasial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbandingan terkait matriks pembobot spasial pangkat dan queen dalam model SEBLUP untuk menduga pengeluaran per kapita di Jawa Timur tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa matriks pembobot spasial terbaik untuk menduga pengeluaran per kapita di Jawa Timur dengan model SEBLUP adalah matriks pembobot spasial queen, karena menghasilkan nilai MSE terkecil. Dalam penelitian ini faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi pengeluaran per kapita Jawa Timur adalah kepadatan penduduk (X1), jumlah sarana kesehatan (X2), jumlah SD Negeri (X3), dan persentase penduduk yang memiliki BPJS kesehatan Penerima Bantuan Iuran (X5).
English Abstract
The Spatial Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Prediction Model (SEBLUP) is one of the methods in the small area estimation (SAE) method that uses indirect estimation in population estimation parameters using auxiliary variables from related variables. One of the crucial things in SEBLUP modeling is the selection of a spatial weighted matrix. This study aims to compare the spatial weighted matrix between power and queen in the SEBLUP model for per capita expenditure in East Java in 2019. The research used secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the best spatial weighted matrix for per capita expenditure in East Java with the SEBLUP model is the spatial weighted matrix of queen, because it produces the smaller MSE values. In this study, the factors that affect the per capita expenditure of East Java are the population density (X1), the number of health facilities (X2), the number of public primary schools (X3), and the proportion of the population who have BPJS as the Recipients of Payment Assistance (X5).
