Abstract

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan keterbatasan proses pembelajaran pada lahan klinik serta pembimbing klinik tidak dapat berperan adekuat, hal ini juga dapat berpengaruh pula pada efikasi diri mahasiswa profesi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku pembimbing klinik dengan efikasi diri mahasiswa profesi keperawatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi korelasi pendekatan cross sectional dengan consecutive sampling menggunakan kuesioner NCTEI (Nursing Clinical Teaching Effectiveness Inventory) dan SSE (Student Self Efficacy). Hasil penelitian dari 113 responden mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan (77%), berusia 23 tahun (56,7%), stase klinik medikal bedah (37,2%) dan berasal dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (52,2%) serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan korelasi lemah antar kedua variabel (p=0,00;r=0,399), kemampuan mengajar (r=0,396), kompetensi keperawatan (r=0,391), evaluasi (r=0,337), hubungan interpersonal (r=0,322) dan kepribadian (r=0,408). Kesimpulan penelitian didapatkan kedua variabel tidak hanya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan tetapi juga memiliki kekuatan korelasi sedang. Disarankan bagi institusi pendidikan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang berfokus pada lima domain pembimbing klinik yang efektif.

English Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic causes limitations in the clinical learning process and clinical instructor cannot play an adequate role, this can also affect the self-efficacy of clinical nursing students. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between clinical supervisor behavior and student self-efficacy. This research method is a cross sectional correlation study with consecutive sampling using NCTEI (Nursing Clinical Teaching Effectiveness Inventory) and SSE (Student Self Efficacy) questionnaires. The results of the study of 113 respondents who determined the sex of women (77%), at 23 years (56.7%), medical surgery clinic status (37.2%) and from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (52.2%) and there was a relationship between which is significant with a weak correlation between the second variable (p = 0.00; r = 0.399), teaching ability (r = 0.396), training competence (r = 0.391), evaluation (r = 0.337), interpersonal relationships (r = 0.322 ) and personality (r=0.408). The conclusion of the research that the second variable not only has a significant relationship but also has a moderate correlation strength. It is recommended for educational institutions to provide training that focuses on the five domains of effective clinical guidance.
