Abstract
Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Kota Batu merupakan saIah satu instansi pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab atas terselenggaranya pelayanan publik berbasis E-Government dan pengelolaan informasi. DISKOMINFO Kota Batu ini menyediakan layanan teknologi informasi berupa data center dalam rangka mendukung pelayanan publik. Bentuk Iayanan data center kepada instansi kota Batu lainnya yang diantaranya permintaan atas subdomain website. Dimana kebutuhan tersebut bergantung pada data center. Permasalahan oprasional diantaranya belum adanya backup data yang rutin dan terjadwal, backup data masih dilakukan secara statis, pengelolaan center dilakukan sewaktu-waktu saja ketika ada masalah. Hal yang menjadi fokus bersama adalah komitmen manajemen untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Untuk mengetahui bentuk pengelolaan layanan yang diIakukan oIeh Dinas Kominfo, maka perlu diIakukan evaluasi tingkat maturitas terhadap layanan data center. Kondisi data center saat ini kondisinya tidak memenuhi standar dan pengelolaan didalamnya tidak diIakukan secara teratur. Evaluasi tingkat maturitas menggunakan ITIL Framework dengan domain Service operation. Evaluasi ini menghasilkan rekomendasi terhadap pengelolaan layanan data center. Selama proses evaluasi berIangsung diIakukan pengambiIan data yang valid dengan studi dokumen, wawancara, dan kuesioner sehingga didapatkan analisis maturity level domain Service operation pada sub domain Common Service operation Activities sebesar 2,1 (repeatable). dan pada organizing service operation sebesar 1,9 (initial). Analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat banyak proses pengelolaan layanan data center yang belum dijaIankan serta fungsi manajemen layanan. Keberadaan rekomendasi dari evaluasi ini akan membantu Dinas Kominfo dalam memperbaiki pengelolaan layanan data center yang terstandardisasi.
English Abstract
Batu City's informatics communication department is one of the government agencies responsible for the implementation of E-Government based public services and information management. Batu City Diskominfo provides services in the form of data centers to support public services. Forms of data center services to other Batu city agencies which include requests for website hosting. Where these needs depend on the data center. The problem is that there are no routine and scheduled data backups, data backups are still performed statically, the Office of Communication and Information tends to network management, so data center management is carried out at any time. The joint focus is management's commitment to improve service quality. To find out the form of service management that is carried out by the Communication and Information Office, it is necessary to evaluate the maturity level of the data center services. The current condition of the data center does not meet the standards and management is not done regularly. Evaluate the level of maturity using the ITIL Framework with the Service operation domain. This evaluation results in recommendations for managing data center services. During the evaluation process a valid data retrieval was carried out with document studies, interviews, and questionnaires so that the domain maturity level analysis of Service operations in the Common Service operation Activities sub-domain was 2,1 (repeatable). and the organizing service operationwas 1,9 (initial). This analysis shows that there are still many data center service management processes that have not yet been operated and the service management function. The existence of recommendations from this evaluation will assist the Office of Communication and Information Technology in improving the management of standardized data center services.
