Abstract
Kalibrasi adalah sebuah cara untuk medeteksi dan mengukur akurasi sebuah alat ukur dengan cara membandingkan sebuah alat ukur dengan instrumen standar. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memperlihatkan kelayakan pakai sebuah alat. Alat dikatakan layak apabila hasil ukur kalibrasi menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan Standar Internasional(SI). Salah satu badan yang melayani kalibrasi adalah UPT Kalibrasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang. Secara berkala UPT Kalibrasi melakukan kalibrasi alat kesehatan sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan, baik pelanggan negeri maupun swasta. Namun melalui hasil wawancara, UPT Kalibrasi memiliki beberapa kendala yaitu lamanya proses pengajuan dan penawaran kalibrasi. Hal ini disebabkan karena pengajuan kalibrasi yang masih menggunakan sistem pengiriman surat. Sistem ini dinilai kurang efektif, sehingga berdampak pada lambatnya pelayanan kalibrasi. Oleh karena itu dikembangkanlah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode SDLC waterfall. Melalui hasil penggalian kebutuhan, pengembangan sistem berfokus kepada proses bisnis pengajuan, sertifikasi kalibrasi dan pemberian tagihan dengan 36 kebutuhan fungsional dan 4 aktor. Dari kebutuhan tersebut dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi sistem berbasis objek. Pengujian melalui validation testing didapatkan hasil 100% valid, Pengujian waktu 99,9% dan tingkat penerimaan user sebesar 87,5 %, dengan menggunakan user acceptance testing.
English Abstract
Calibration is a method to detect and measure the accuracy a medical device by comparing it with a standard instrument. This method is done to demonstrate the feasibility of a medical device. It is feasible if the calibration measurement results show that the device is on a International Standarts(SI). One of the agency serving the calibration is the UPT Kalibrasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang. Perdiodically, UPT Kalibrasi conduct medical device calibration by costumer request, they come from public agency and private agency.But throught the result of interview, UPT Kalibrasi has several problem, that is come from the process of submission and the offer of calibration. That process take a long time, due to the system that still uses the mail delivery system. This system is inefecctive, so it is impacts to the slow calibration services. Therefore a website-besed information system was developed to solve the problem. This system is made using the waterfall SDLC method. Through the results of the requirement interview, system development focuses on the subimission, calibration certification and billing business process with 40 functional requirement and 4 actors. This system design and implementation build by object-oriented program. This test of the system result found 100% valid by validation testing, 99,9% by time testing and 87,5% by using user acceptance testing
