Abstract
Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya (FEB UB) merupakan salah satu fakultas yang ada di Universitas Brawijaya dengan visi dan misi yaitu menghasilkan lulusan yang kompetitif baik dalam hard skill maupun soft skill. FEB UB perlu menghargai setiap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan non kurikuler dalam bentuk pemberian satuan kredit prestasi (SKP). Untuk mendapatkan poin SKP mahasiswa harus mengikuti kegiatan kemahasiswaan baik secara personal (mengikuti lomba) maupun kegiatan lembaga mahasiswa. Pada kegiatan lembaga mahasiswa terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu pada proses pengajuan proposal dan LPJ kegiatan. Permasalahannya adalah mahasiswa harus bertatap muka langsung dengan staf kemahasiswaan untuk meminta proses persetujuan. Sehingga mahasiswa terkendala dalam proses pengajuan kegiatan. Staf kemahasiswaan mengalami kesulitan dalam mendata proses pengajuan kegiatan karena data tersebar pada beberapa file, sehingga membuat staf kemahasiswaan kesulitan dalam melakukan rekapitulasi kegiatan. Lembaga atau mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan untuk mengetahui progres kegiatan, karena progres dituliskan dalam kartu kendali yang dapat rusak dan hilang sewaktu – waktu. Pengembangan sistem kredit prestasi menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan pengembangan yang dilakukan adalah studi literatur, rekayasa kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil elisitasi berupa 9 jenis aktor, 55 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non fungsional. Kemudian dari hasil elisitasi tersebut didapatkan hasil perancangan arsitektur, komponen, basis data dan antarmuka. Hasil perancangan tersebut dilakukan implementasi berupa implementasi kode program, basis data dan antarmuka. Sistem kredit prestasi kemudian dilakukan pengujian yaitu pengujian white box untuk pengujian unit dan integrasi. Sedangkan pengujian black box dilakukan untuk pengujian validasi dengan hasil pengujian 100% bernilai pass. Kemudian pengujian compatibility dilakukan pada browser firefox, chrome, opera dan edge telah kompatibel, sedangkan pada browser internet explorer dan safari terdapat masalah layout yang dikarenakan css dan beberapa library yang digunakan pada sistem kredit prestasi tidak didukung. Namun hal ini tidak mempengaruhi fungsionalitas pada sistem yang telah dikembangkan.
English Abstract
The Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya (FEB UB) is one of the faculties in Brawijaya University with a vision and mission of producing competitive graduates both in hard skills and soft skills. FEB UB needs to respect every extracurricular and non-curricular activities in the form of granting credit units (SKP). To get SKP points students must take part in student activities both personally (participating in the competition) and the activities of the student body. In the activities of student institutions there are problems that occur, namely the process of proposing proposals and LPJ activities. The problem is that students must come face to face with student staff to request the approval process. So students are constrained in the process of submitting activities. Student staff had difficulty in recording the process of submitting activities because the data was spread on several files, making it difficult for student staff to recapitulate activities. Institutions or students have difficulty in knowing the progress of activities, because progress is written on the control card that can be damaged and lost at any time. Development of an achievement credit system using the waterfall method. Stages of development carried out are the study of literature, engineering requirements, design, implementation and testing. Based on the research that has been obtained, elicitation results in the form of 9 types of actors, 55 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs. Then from the elicitation results obtained architectural design results, components, databases and interfaces. The results of the design are carried out in the form of implementation of the program code, database and interface. The achievement credit system is then tested, namely white box testing for unit testing and integration. While black box testing is done for validation testing with 100% worth of test results. Then compatibility testing is done on Firefox browser, chrome, opera and edge are compatible, while in internet explorer and safari browsers there are layout problems because css and some libraries used on credit system performance are not supported. But this does not affect the functionality of the system that has been developed.
