Abstract
Studi ini menguji pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap inovasi dan kinerja organisasi pengembangan aplikasi dan game. Data penelitian ini diambil melalui survei online terhadap 174 industri pengembangan aplikasi dan game di Malang sebagai responden. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dalam SmartPLS, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi dan kinerja organisasi, selanjutnya inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja industri pengembangan aplikasi dan game melalui inovasi.
English Abstract
This study assesses the effect of knowledge management on the innovation and organizational performance of application and game developers. The data of this study was harvested through online surveys on 174 application and game development industries as the respondents. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in SmartPLS, the analysis results indicate that knowledge management positively influences innovation and organizational performance, that innovation positively influences organizational performance, and that knowledge management positively affects the performance of application and game development industry through innovation.
