Abstract
Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Brawijaya memiliki beberapa lembaga/organisasi yang dikenal dengan sebutan Lembaga Otonomi Fakultas (LOF). Lembaga/organisasi mahasiswa memiliki jajaran pengurus yang menjalankan segala rangkaian program kerja selama masa kepengurusan. Tidak jarang anggota pengurus mengalami intention to leave (keinginan untuk keluar atau non-aktif dari organisasi) yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 mahasiswa yang menjabat sebagai pengurus di lembaga/organisasi di FMIPA Universitas Brawijaya. Data skor (diskrit) diubah menjadi Likert (kontinu) dengan metode SRS (Summary Ratings Scales) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara peubah gaya kepemimpinan, penghargaan, pengalaman berorganisasi dan komitmen organisasional, penghargaan atau apresiasi memiliki pengaruh total paling besar terhadap intention to leave dalam diri anggota pengurus lembaga/organisasi di FMIPA Universitas Brawijaya sebesar 0.373.
English Abstract
Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science (FMIPA) of Brawijaya University has a few organizations known as the Lembaga Otonomi Fakultas (LOF). This student organizations have management which undertake activities, including work programs in a period. It is common for the members of a particular organization to regularly experience the intention to leave (the desire to leave or non-active of organization) which caused by several factors. The research using primary data and obtained by distributing questionnaire to 100 member students of organization in FMIPA of Brawijaya University .The score data (discrete) is changed to Likert (continous) by the SRS (Summary Ratings Scales) method and analyzed using path analysis. The research showed that among the variables leadership style, appreciation, organizational experience and organizational commitment, appreciation has the biggest impact to the members in taking intention to leave which was indicated by 0.373.
