Abstract
Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (SIDJP) merupakan aplikasi yang mencatat segala data Wajib Pajak yang dikelola oleh setiap pegawai pajak, termasuk pegawai KPP Pratama Banyuwangi. Seluruh pegawai diwajibkan menggunakan aplikasi SIDJP dikarenakan untuk memperoleh data serta menambahkan laporan tentang Wajib Pajak hanya dapat diperoleh dari aplikasi tersebut. Selama penggunaan SIDJP, timbul keluhan oleh beberapa pegawai seperti server lemah, tampilan yang tidak menyenangkan, fasilitas seadanya, dan kesusahan untuk copy-paste data di aplikasi. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari kinerja SIDJP terhadap niat perilaku pegawai KPP Pratama Banyuwangi ketika menggunakan aplikasi SIDJP. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian yang diambil empat variabel independent UTAUT2, yaitu Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, dan Habit kemudian ditelusuri pengaruh terhadap niat perilaku pegawai dengan menggunakan variabel dependent yaitu Behavioral Intention. Sebelum melakukan pengambilan data, pilot study terlebih dahulu dijalankan kepada 30 responden pegawai KPP Pratama Banyuwangi agar mengetahui kondisi item-item kuesioner yang akan digunakan apakah sudah valid dan reliabel. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, dapat diketahui bahwa sebanyak 27 item kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Kemudian dilakukan pengumpulan data secara sampel jenuh melalui kuesioner yang disebar ke 87 pegawai, dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 75 mengembalikan kuesioner. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dinyatakan normal serta terbebas dari kasus multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tiap variabel secara parsial. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa Facilitating Conditions memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Behavioral Intention sedangkan Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, dan Habit tidak. Sehingga dinyatakan bahwa niat perilaku pegawai KPP Pratama Banyuwangi dipengaruhi oleh kondisi fasilitas di kantor.
English Abstract
Application of the Directorate General of Tax Information System (SIDJP) is an application that records all Taxpayer data that is managed by every tax employee, including employees of KPP Pratama Banyuwangi. All employees are required to use the SIDJP application because to obtain data and add reports about taxpayers can only be obtained from the application. During the use of SIDJP, complaints arose by some employees such as weak servers, unpleasant display, improvised facilities, and difficulties to copy-paste data in the application. The purpose of the study was to determine how the effect of SIDJP performance on the behavioral intentions of KPP Pratama Banyuwangi employees when using the SIDJP application. For this reason, a study was taken of four independent variables of UTAUT2, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, and Habit then traced the influence of employee behavioral intentions by using the dependent variable, Behavioral Intention. Before conducting the data collection, the pilot study was first carried out to 30 respondents of KPP Pratama Banyuwangi employees to know the condition of the questionnaire items to be used whether they were valid and reliable. After testing, it can be seen that as many as 27 questionnaire items were declared valid and reliable. Then a saturated sample of data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 87 employees, and 75 respondents were returned. All data obtained were considered normal and free from cases of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. After that the analysis is done using multiple linear regression to find out how the influence of each variable partially. The research results show that Facilitating Conditions have a positive influence on Behavioral Intention while Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Habit do not. So it is stated that the behavioral intention of KPP Pratama Banyuwangi employees is influenced by the condition of the facilities in the office.
