Abstract

Studi Alternatif Jaringan Air Baku Di Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Dosen Pembimbing: Riyanto Haribowo dan Hari Siswoyo. Kecamatan Polewali mengalami pertambahan penduduk sebanyak 54.843 jiwa pada Tahun 2010 menjadi sebanyak 61.072 jiwa pada Tahun 2017, hal ini menyebabkan kebutuhan air baku menjadi meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air baku dengan pemanfaatan intake bendung dari Sungai Madatte. Pemenuhan kebutuhan air baku dilakukan dengan cara melakukan perencanaan distribusi air baku yang meliputi kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air baku, perencanaan jaringan distribusi air baku dan rencana anggaran biaya. Pemenuhan kebutuhan air baku dapat diidentifikasi berdasarkan kebutuhan domestik, non domestik dan fluktuasi kebutuhan air dan proyeksi pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Sedangkan ketersediaan air baku dapat diidentifikasi dengan melakukan analisis frekuensi terhadap data debit yang tersedia. Perencanaan jaringan distribusi air baku dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi nilai debit dengan menggunakan persamaan Hazen-Williams. Perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum 18/PRT/M/2007. Berdasarkan Penelitian ini dapat diketahui besarnya kebutuhan air baku sebesar 121,526 liter/detik dan ketersediaan debit sebesar 347,78 liter/detik. Perencanaan jaringan distribusi air baku dialirkan melalui pipa berdiameter 16 inchi dari intake ke tandon bervolume 1.000 m3 sepanjang 7.207 meter. Distribusi dari tandon ke daerah layanan menggunakan pipa berdiameter 20 inchi sepanjang 6.766 meter, 12 inchi sepanjang 3.228 meter, 10 inchi sepanjang 4.994 meter, 6 inchi sepanjang 7.912 meter, 5 inchi sepanjang 1.024 meter, 4 inchi sepanjang 563 meter dan 3 inchi sepanjang 3.429 meter. Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang diperlukan untuk perencanaan sebesar RP. 84.337.300.000 terbilang (Delapan puluh empat milyar tiga ratus tiga pukuh tujuh juta Tiga ratus ribu rupiah).

English Abstract

Polewali subdistrict has a population increase of 54.843 People in 2010 became as much as 61.072 in 2017, This led to the need for raw water to increase. This research is done for the fulfillment of raw water needs by utilizing the weir intake of the Madatte River. The fulfillment of Raw water needs is done by conducting raw water distribution that covers the needs and availability of raw water, planning of raw water distribution network and budget plan cost. The fulfillment of raw water needs can be identified based on domestic, non-domestic needs and fluctuations in water demand and population growth projection. While the availability of raw water can be identified by performing frequency analysis of the available debit data. Planning of raw water distribution network is done by identifying the value of discharge by using Hazen-Williams equation. The calculation of budget plan is done based on the ministerial regulation guidelines of the general works of 18/PRT/M/2007. Based on this research, you can know the raw water needs of 121.526 liters/second and the availability of debit at 347.78 liters/second. Planning of the raw water distribution network is streamed through a 16-inch diameter pipe from the intake to Tandon with a volume of 1,000 m 3 for 7,207 meters. Distribution of Tandon to the service area using a 20-inch diameter pipe of 6,766 meters, 12 inches long for 3,228 meters, 10 inches along 4,994 meters, 6 inches are 7,912 metres long, 5 inches long for 1,024 metres, 4 inches long by 563 metres and 3 inches in 3,429 metres. Budget Plan Cost (RAB) required for planning amounting to Rp. 84,337,300,000 (Eighty four billion three Hundred and three of them seven million three hundred thousand rupiah).
