Abstract

Paparan EMF RF pada pasien AIHA dapat mengganggu sistem imun. Pengaruh EMF RF pada sistem imun dapat diamati melalui jumlah dan morfologi neutrofil. Metode inkubasi pada darah pasien AIHA digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tersebut. Inkubasi dilakukan dalam kotak inkubator berlapis timbal yang dipapar EMF RF 1800 MHz pada suhu tubuh selama 60 menit. Jumlah neutrofil dihitung menggunakan alat hematology analyzer, sedangkan morfologi neutrofil menggunakan metode hapusan darah tepi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada neutrofil terjadi perubahan jumlah sel. Nilai SAR menjelaskan banyaknya penyerapan energi EMF RF pada neutrofil. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan neutrofil mengalami penurunan jumlah sel sebanyak 0,3% sampai 14% dan kenaikan jumlah sel sebanyak 3% pada salah satu pasien. Tidak terlihat perubahan morfologi neutrofil akibat perbedaan sel yang diamati serta waktu paparan terbatas hanya 60 menit. Nilai SAR mengalami peningkatan nilai berdasarkan kenaikan daya dan kenaikan frekuensi.

English Abstract

Radiation of EMF RF in AIHA patiens could disturb the immune system. The effect of RF EMF on the immune system can be observed through neutrophil counts and morphological observation. The incubation method on AIHA patient's blood was used to determine this effect. Incubation was carried out in a lead-coated incubator box exposed to EMF RF at body temperature for 60 minutes. The number of neutrophils was determined using a hematology analyzer, the blood smear method was used to observe any morphological changes. The result of the research shows that neutrophils changes in number and morphology. SAR values explain the amount of EMF RF energy absorption in neutrophils. This study shows that neutrophils have decreased cell counts by 0.3% to 14% and cell number increased by 3% in one patient. No neutrophil morphological changes due to cell differences were observed and the exposure time was limited to only 60 minutes. SAR values have increased in value based on increasing power and increasing frequency
