Putri, Chelsia Andila (2020) Distribusi Spasial Vektor Demam Berdarah Dengue Di Kelurahan Bandungrejosari Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Bandungrejosari Urban Village is one area that has been infected by DHF and there is densely populated. DHF is caused by the dengue virus and its carried out by the Aedes spp. This study aims to identify the type of mosquitoes and to analyze the distribution of DHF vectors in two areas, there were in door and out door places at Bandungrejosari Urban Village, Sukun Sub-District, Malang City. This research was held in Nopember 2019 to May 2020. In door sampling using Mosquito Trap and out door sampling using aspirators and observing of larvae in water containers for 30 minutes. Mosquitoes sampling were carried out on 13 hamlets (represented by thirteen houses), It used a purposive sampling method. Observation were carried out at 9.00 am to 1.30 pm. Capturing larvae and adult mosquitoes using mosquito trap and identification of mosquito using a guidance book of Aedes by Ministry of Health of The Republic Indonesia 2017 and stereo microscope. This research used the Global Positioning System (GPS) for determining the coordinates of the location and for measuring climate factors such as wind speed, relative humidity (wet temperature and dry temperature), and light intensity at each sample location. The identification results and data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS 16.0 and QGIS 3.8.3. The research showed that dengue vector mosquitoes found in several points at the area of Bandungrejosari Urban Village. The microclimate encourages mosquitoes to grow and develop optimally. The conclusion of this study were Ae. aegypti and Ae. Albopictus found in three hamlets (RW 04, RW 06, and RW 13), the distribution of mosquitoes can be influenced by abiotic factors, types of mosquitoes predators, and population mobility.
