Aprillia, Dyan Nur Ajeng (2020) Analisis Postur Kerja Pada Pengrajin Sepatu Dengan Metode Qec Dan Owas Dalam Upaya Mengatasi Keluhan Msds. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Waris Shoes UKM is engaged in the production of shoes and bags that are sent both domestically and abroad. At the initial observation, it was found that a bad work posture has the potential for MSDs risk. The results of filling out the NBM questionnaire contained work stations that had quite high scores. At work stations the sol posture of workers is not ergonomic due to the absence of proper stone tools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work posture that is at risk of injury in the production activities of UKM Waris Shoes. Problems that occur such as the existence of pain in the body around the neck, shoulders, puggung, waist and legs experienced by workers. This has an impact on the high level of work risk .UKM Waris Shoes is engaged in the production of shoes and bags that are sent both domestically and abroad. This has an impact on the high level of work risk. Based on the above problems, this research uses the Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) and Ovako Work Posture Analysis (OWAS) method. Those methods were chosen because it can conduct an early evaluation about complaints MSDs that were felt by workers. In addition, these two methods provide information related to what can be done next to do the necessary corrective action by identifying the risks that exist at the relevant work station. Based on the results of the assessment analysis showed that the results of MSDs risk identification using the QEC method on sol sol station workers showed that this work requires immediate research and changes were made with an action level value of 56.83%. For the results of exposure level each of 26 for the back faktor, 26 for the arm / shoulder faktor, 34 for the wrist / hand faktor and 18 for the neck faktor. While the results of the identification of the OWAS method show that this work has a category value that is included in the extremely harmful with a score of 4, which means it is very dangerous to the musculoskeletal system and needs immediate improvement / now. Rating on the back faktor is included in the criterion of value +4, the lengan faktor is included in the +1 value criterion, for the foot faktor entered on the +6 value criterion and on the load faktor for work on the sol image station has a value of +1. After making recommendations for improvements to the work station sol image there is a change in the action level by 43.9% and the Owas score becomes +1
