Abstract
Penurunan kualitas udara disebabkan dengan meningkatnya jumlah polutan di udara yang salah satu sumbernya berasal dari emisi kendaraan bermotor. Secara umum polutan dibagi menjadi dua jenis berupa gas dan particulate matter. PM10 merupakan particulate matter dengan ukuran diameter aerodinamis <10 μm. PM10 juga memberikan dampak negatif pada kesehatan manusia terutama dalam sistem pernafasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain sistem monitoring konsentrasi PM10 secara wireless menggunakan sensor NOVA SDS011 yang diproses menggunakan mikrokontroler ATMega328P. Desain sistem tersebut dilengkapi modul SX1276 sebagai komunikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desain sistem memiliki range pengukuran konsentrasi sebesar 0-999 μg/m³ dengan akurasi sebesar 85%. Sistem ini mampu melakukan komunikasi jarak jauh dalam memonitor konsentrasi PM10 dengan jarak maksimal 240 meter, akurasi 80,45% dan delay time 0,86 detik.
English Abstract
The increasing amount of pollutants in the air is related to the number of motor vehicle populations. Generally pollutants are divided into two types, namely gaseous and particulate emissions. One form of pollutants is PM10, a particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter <10 μm and also PM10 have negative effects on human health especially in the respiratory system. We designed and implemented a wireless PM10 concentration monitoring system using NOVA SDS011 sensor. The received data was processed with an ATMega328P microcontroller. The system was equipped with an SX1276 module for data communication. Our system has a capability to continuously measure PM10 concentration up to 999 μg/m³ with 85% of accuracy. The system has communication range to a maximum of 240 meter from the base station with an accuracy of 80.45% and a delay time of 0.86 seconds.
