Abstract
“Beras Sayang” merupakan beras yang terbuat dari campuran beras yang pecah atau menir dan ikan layang atau Decapterus sp. Produk tersebut telah mendapat apresiasi di kancah internasional dan sedang memasuki tahap pra produksi yaitu riset pasar. Metode riset pasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis konjoin merupakan metode yang dapat mengetahui tingkat pentingnya suatu variabel. Dengan analisis konjoin diharapkan dapat mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap suatu produk tanpa menggunakan sampel dari produk tersebut sehingga dapat menghemat biaya dan waktu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil menyebarkan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner kepada responden secara langsung. Responden yang dimaksud yaitu masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Malang yang berusia minimal 18 tahun. Atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rasa, cara memasak, dan bentuk matang. Atribut rasa terdiri dari level tiga level yaitu original, bahan tambahan, dan perisa tambahan. Atribut cara memasak terdiri dari tiga level yaitu direbus, diseduh, dan dikukus. Atribut bentuk matang terdiri dari tiga level yaitu bubur, sereal dan butir nasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa urutan atribut dari yang paling menentukan preferensi konsumen berturut-turut adalah cara memasak, bentuk matang, dan rasa. Level yang paling disukai oleh responden adalah level sereal dari atribut bentuk matang. Kombinasi level yang paling disukai responden adalah kombinasi yang tersusun dari perisa tambahan, dikukus, dan butir nasi dan kombinasi yang paling tidak disukai responden adalah kombinasi yang tersusun dari bahan tambahan, direbus, dan butir nasi.
English Abstract
"Beras Sayang" is rice made from a mixture of broken rice or menir and layang fish or Decapterus sp. That product has received appreciation internationally and is entering the pre-production stage, namely market research. Market research methods were used in this study is the conjoint analysis is a method that can determine the level of importance of a variable. With conjoint analysis is expected to know the preferences of consumers towards a product without the use of a sample of the product so that it can save costs and time. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire research instruments spread to the respondent directly. The intended respondent is the people who live in Malang City who are at least 18 years old. The attributes used in this study are taste, how to cook, and cooked form. Attributes taste consist of three levels namely, original, additional ingredients, and additional flavor. Attributes how to cook consists of three levels, namely boiled, brewed, and steamed. Attributes cooked form consists of three levels, namely porridge, cereals and grains of rice. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the order of attributes of the most determining consecutive consumer preferences is how to cook, cooked form, and taste. The most preferred level by respondents is the cereal level of the cooked form attribute. The most preferred level combination of respondents is a combination composed of additional flavor, steamed, and rice grains and The worst preferred level combination of respondents is combination composed of additional ingredients, boiled, and grains of rice.
