Obat nyamuk one push aerosol adalah jenis obat nyamuk yang banyak beredar dikalangan masyarakat untuk membasmi serangga. Salah satu kandungan dari obat nyamuk one push aerosol yaitu transfluthrin. English Abstract
Insect repellent one push aerosol is the type of insect repellent wely circulated in the community to kill insects. One of their components in insect repellent one push aerosol is transfluthrin. Transfluthrin classified with pyrethroid syntetic, which will increase the anion superoxide radical in the body, so it can interfere the work and function of kidney. Kidney damage can be overcome by consumsing of foods that contains the high antixodant, example: red ginger, temulawak, and noni fruit. The objective of this study is to analyze the level of cellular damage of kidney and the influenze giving of antioxidant extract of red ginger, temulawak, and noni fruit in kidney of mice through the properties of bioliticos example impedance, resistivity, and permittivity. The measurements made will compare the electrical properties of the duration exposure one push aerosol and giving antioxidant, so that it can be used to determine of kidney damage and the influence giving of antioxidant extract of red ginger, temulawak, and noni fruit of the kidney of mice. The results showed a decrease in the value of the impedance, resistivity, and permittivity with given the duration exposure one push aeorosol, and antioxidant extract of red ginger, temulawak, and noni fruit can reduce of kidney damage significantly
