Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh destination image terhadap place attacment ‘Kota Tua, Jakarta’. Hal ini mengingat begitu banyaknya objek wisata namun kurang dapat memiliki keterikatan yang kuat secara emosional dengan wisatawan. Image dari suatu tempat destinasi dinilai penting untuk menarik minat wisatawan dan sekaligus untuk membentuk keterikatan yang kuat pada destinasi objek wisata. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis kuantitatif menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dan data diolah melalui SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap place attachment ‘Kota Tua, Jakarta’, diperoleh (β) 0,368** termasuk kategori pengaruh paling kuat. Affective image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap place attachment ‘Kota Tua, Jakarta’, diperoleh (β) 0,305** termasuk kategori pengaruh kuat. Hasil pengaruh destination image terhadap place attachment ‘Kota Tua, Jakarta’ diperoleh R hitung adalah 0,636 termasuk kategori pengaruh kuat. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi cognitive dan affective image dari destination image memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap place attachment ‘Kota Tua, Jakarta’, dan dimensi cognitive image memberikan pengaruh yang paling kuat. Hal ini dikarenakan menurut pengetahuan dan pengalaman wisatawan diketahui bahwa Kota Tua Jakarta memiliki identitas tempat yang membuatnya wisatawan mudah mengingatnya dan berkesan seperti arsitektur bangunan yang unik dan tempatnya yang menyenangkan untuk berlibur bersama keluarga maupun teman menjadikan wisatawan memiliki keterikatan emosional yang kuat pada destinasi Kota Tua Jakarta.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of destination image on place attitudes in ‘Kota Tua, Jakarta’. This is because there are so many attractions but less can have a strong emotional attachment to tourists. The image of a destination is considered important to attract tourists and at the same time to form a strong attachment to a tourist destination. Quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research data were collected through questionnaires and a sample size of 100 people. Quantitative analysis method uses simple linear regression method and the data is processed through SPSS 26. The results showed that cognitive image has a significant effect on place attachment 'Kota Tua, Jakarta', obtained (β) 0.368 ** including the category of influence stronger. Affective image has a significant effect on place attachment 'Kota Tua, Jakarta', obtained (β) 0.305 ** including the category of strong influence. The result of destination image effect on place attachment 'Kota Tua, Jakarta' obtained by R count is 0.636, including the category of strong influence. The conclusion of the research shows that the dimensions of cognitive and affective image from destination image have a significant influence on place attachment 'Old City, Jakarta', and the dimension of cognitive image gives the most powerful influence. This is because according to the knowledge and experience of tourists it is known that Jakarta's Old City has a place identity that makes it easy for travelers to remember and impress such a unique building architecture and a pleasant place to vacation with family and friends making tourists have a strong emotional attachment to Jakarta's Old City destinations.
