Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gratitude dengan dengan motivasi value-expressive pada relawan pendidikan. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah relawan pendidikan di Kota Malang (N=122) yang diperoleh melalui accidental sampling. Terdapat dua instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Gratitude Resentment and Appreciation Scale Revised Short (GRAT-RS) dan subskala value-expressive Volunteer Function Inventory (VFI). Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis product moment pearson. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan ke arah positif antara gratitude dengan motivasi value-expressive.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between gratitude and value-expressive motivation in educational volunteers. The design of this study used a correlational quantitative method. The population and sample of this study were volunteer of education in Malang (N = 122) obtained through accidental sampling. There are two instruments used for measuring in this study, the Gratitude Resentment and Appreciation Scale Revised Short (GRAT-RS) and the value-expressive Volunteer Function Inventory (VFI) subscale. Analysis of the data used is Pearson Product-Moment to test the correlation between the two variables studied. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between gratitude and value-expressive motivation.
