Priastama, Fadhil (2020) Peran Locus Of Control Terhadap Self-Efficacy Pada Mahasiswa Baru. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of the locus of control on self-efficacy owned by college freshman. This research uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis. In the locus of control variabel measured using the Levenson IPC Locus of Control Scale, and for the self-efficacy variabel using the College Self-Efficacy Inventory. The respondents used in this study were college freshman, taken using non-probability accidental sampling techniques, with total of 171 respondents. The resuls of this study indicate that locus of control doesn’t has a role in self-efficacy on college freshman (p=0.299<0.05; p=0.263<0.05; p=0.936<0.05).
