Abstract
Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) adalah bagian dari proses demokrasi yang menjadi bagian dari suara masyarakat. Salah satu daerah yang akan menyelenggarakan Pilkada di Tahun 2020 adalah Kabupaten Kediri. Himawan Hanindhito Pramono merupakan tokoh muda yang diusung oleh Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDI-P) sebagai bakal Calon Bupati Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh rencana program kerja, citra bakal calon dan Popularitas terhadap elektakbilitas bakal calon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel bebas Program Kerja X1, Citra Bakal Calon X2, Popularitas X3 terhadap variabel terikat Elektabilitas Y pada bakal calon Bupati Himawan Hanindhito Pramono di Pilkada kabupaten Kediri. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis Regresi, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengaruh program kerja X1 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel elektabilitas Y, artinya program kerja yang ditunjukan oleh bakal calon belum diketahui secara luas. Selanjutnya, variabel Citra X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel elektabilias Y, artinya citra yang di tampilkan oleh bakal calon dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Kemudian, variabel popularitas X3 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel elektabilitas Y, artinya, bakal calon telah dikenal dengan baik oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Kediri. Dari seluruh variabel bebas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap elektabilitas adalah variabel Citra bakal calon X2, artinya, dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas maka masyarakat Kabupaten Kediri lebih tertarik melihat dari segi citra politik yang ditampilkan oleh calon yaitu Himawan Hanindhito Pramono.
English Abstract
Regional Head Elections is a part of the democracy process in civil society. One of regions that perform Regional Elections in 2020 is Kediri Region. Himawan Hanindhito Pramono is a youth from The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) as a prospective candidate Kediri Regent. This research aims to discuss about the influence of work program plan, images of prospective candidates and popularity to electability of prospective candidate. This research used a surveying method with quantity approach that explained the effect of independent variable work program X1, images of candidate perspective X2, X3 Popularity towards electability dependent variable Y to candidate perspective Regent Himawan Hanindhito Pramono on the Regional Election of Kediri. The sampling technique used Convenience Sampling. Data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistics analysis techniques, Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test. The result of this study indicate that the work program influence variable X1 does not significantly influence the electability variable Y, meaning that the work program shown by prospective candidates is not yet widely known. Furthermore, the image X2 variable has a positive and significant effect on the Y electrical variable, meaning that the image displayed by prospective candidates can be well received by the public. Then, the popularity variable X3 has a positive and significant effect on the Y electrical variable, meaning that the image displayed by prospective candidates can be well received by the public. Then, the popularity variable X3 has a positive and significant effect on the electability variable Y, that is, the prospective candidate has been well known by the people of Kediri Regency. Of all the independent variables that most influence on electability is the Image variable of candidate X2, meaning that in increasing electability the people of Kediri Regency are more interested in seeing in terms of the political image displayed by the candidate, Himawan Hanindhito Pramono.
