Abstract
Desa Pujonkidul merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Malang. Berkembangnya wisata di Desa Pujonkidul mengakibatkan adanya perubahan fungsi lahan yaitu dari pertanian menjadi wisata. Masyarakat setempat semakin tertarik untuk merubah lahan yang dimiliki dan semakin tertarik untuk bekerja di sektor pariwisata dibandingkan di sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan place attachment baik pemilik lahan dan bukan pemilik lahan terhadap keinginan merubah lahan di Desa Pujonkidul. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis indeks place attachment dan analisis partial least square (PLS). Data yang digunakan berdasarkan 305 responden pemilik lahan dan bukan pemilik lahan. Hasil analisis indeks menunjukkan place identity dan family bonding memiliki rata-rata paling tinggi yang berarti masyarakat setempat merasa Desa Pujonkidul merupakan identitas dirinya dan merasa terikat karena tinggal berdekatan dengan keluarga yang sudah lama tinggal di Desa Pujonkidul. Hasil analisis PLS menunjukan bahwa kelompok pemilik lahan merasa tidak ingin menggatikan aktivitasnya di desa lain (place dependence) dan kelompok pemilik lahan merasa kegiatan bersama dalam diskusi terkait wisata meningkatkan ikatan terhadap tempat yang akan mempengaruhi respon pengembangan yaitu melindungi sumber daya alam untuk mendukung wisata. Namun, respon pengembangan terhadap keinginan merubah lahan memiliki arah negatif. Arah negatif bukan berarti setiap upaya untuk melindungi sumberdaya alam dalam mendukung wisata desa akan berpengaruh langsung terhadap menurunnya keinginan merubah lahan, karena pemilik lahan semakin tertarik merubah lahan sejak wisata di Desa Pujonkidul semakin berkembang serta pemilik lahan tidak bergantung pada lahan pertanian dengan semakin beragamnya pekerjaan di Desa Pujonkidul.
English Abstract
Pujonkidul Village is one of the tourist villages in Malang Regency. The development of tourism in the village of Pujonkidul resulted in changes in its land use, from agriculture to tourism. Local people are increasingly interested in changing land use and more interested in working in the tourism sector compared to agricultural sector. This study aims to determine the relationship between place attachments of both landowners and nonlandowners with the desire to convert land in Pujonkidul Village. The analysis used in this research is place attachment index analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The data used is based on 305 respondents of land owners and non-land owners. The results of the index analysis show that place identity and family bonding have the highest average, which means that the local community feels that Pujonkidul Village is their identity and feels bound because they live close to a family that has long lived in Pujonkidul Village. The results of the PLS analysis showed that the group of landowners feel that they do not want to move their activities to other villages (place dependence) and the group of landowners feel that joined activities in tourism-related discussions increased attachment to places that would affect the development response, specifically to protect natural resources to support tourism. However, the development response to the desire to change land has a negative direction. The negative direction does not mean that every effort to protect natural resources in supporting village tourism will directly influence the decreasing desire to land use change, because landowners are increasingly interested in converting land since tourism in Pujonkidul Village has been growing and landowners are not dependent on agricultural land with the increasing variety of jobs in Pujonkidul Village.
