Abstract
Indonesia merupakan negara dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam. Sertifikat halal pada rumah potong hewan menjadi nilai tambah untuk memasuki pasar muslim. Masalah yang timbul dalam sertifikasi halal adalah kesulitan melakukan estimasi biaya sertifikasi, terutama untuk industri kecil menengah. Aplikasi Halal Sertification Cost dikembangkan untuk mengestimasi biaya pengajuan sertifikasi halal. Pengukuran usability dan pengukuran Tingkat Kesiapterapan Teknologi (TKT) penting dilakukan terkait perbaikan dan pengembangan aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat usability dan TKT aplikasi Halal Sertification Cost sehingga dapat diketahui langkah perbaikannya. Pengukuran usability dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 40 responden yang bekerja pada Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH) di Kota Malang dan sekitarnya. Variabel eksogen yang digunakan adalah Usefulness (X1), Ease of Use (X2), Ease of Learning (X3), Error Recovery (X4), dan Satisfaction (Y). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS dan smartPLS. Pengukuran TKT dilakukan dengan pengisian teknometer oleh tim pengembang aplikasi. Berdasar hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa aspek usability yaitu usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, dan error recovery berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi. Variabel usefulness, ease of use, dan ease of learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi, sedang variabel error recovery tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil TKT menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Halal Sertification Cost mencapai TKT level 5, yaitu komponen teknologi telah disimulasikan pada lingkungan relevan. Level ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah mencapai tingkat penelitianviii terapan. Aplikasi Halal Sertification Cost perlu diperbaiki tampilan, pengoperasian dan fungsi aplikasi, serta penambahan fungsi lain seperti menjelaskan alur sertifikasi halal, pedoman pelaksanaan SJH, kelompok produk, dan informasi lain terkait dengan sertifikasi halal.
English Abstract
Indonesia is a country with a majority population of Muslims. Halal certificates at abattoirs are an added value to get the Muslim market. The problem that arises in halal certification is the difficulty of estimating certification costs, especially for small and medium industries. The Halal Sertification Cost application was developed to estimate the cost of halal certification. Usability measurement and measurement of Technology Readyness Levels (TRL) are important, because that was relate with application improvement and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of usability and TRL of Halal Sertification Cost so that it can know the steps of improvement. Usability measurements were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who worked in abattoirs in Malang and surrounding areas. Exogenous variables used are Usefulness (X1), Ease of Use (X2), Ease of Learning (X3), Error Recovery (X4), and Satisfaction (Y). Data processing is done by SPSS and smartPLS. TRL measurements are carried out by filling the technometer by the application development team. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the usability aspects, namely usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and error recovery have a positive effect on application user satisfaction. Usefulness, ease of use, and ease of learning variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction, while error recovery have no significant effect. The TRL results show that the Halal Certification Cost application reaches TRL level 5, namely the technological component has been simulated in the relevant environment. This level indicates that the application has reached the level of applied research. The Halal Sertification Cost application needs to be improved on the appearance, operation and function of the application, andx addition of other functions such as explaining the process of halal certification, guidelines for implementing Halal Assurance System (HAS), product groups, and other information related to halal certification.
