Abstract
SMA Negeri 1 Sukodadi memiliki siswa yang bertambah setiap tahun. Sehingga, kebutuhan pelayanan administrasi pembayaran siswa terus meningkat. Sekolah ini sudah memiliki sistem administrasi pembayaran. Saat sistem siap untuk dipakai ternyata pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur mengubah peraturan untuk pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP). Sehingga sistem tersebut tidak terpakai karena tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang sekarang. Permasalahan dalam pembayaran Partisipasi adalah pengelolaan administrasi masih manual, keterbatasan SDM pengelola administrasi pembayaran, proses perhitungan pemasukan pembayaran tidak efisiensi waktu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Human Centered Design (HCD). Tahap-tahap dalam HCD yaitu analisis konteks dan kebutuhan pengguna dengan metode wawancara. Hasil dari analisis ini adalah dua pengguna sebagai responden dan pengguna ingin rancangan baru yang sesuai dengan peraturan agar dapat memudahkan dalam pengelolaan pembayaran dan pembuatan laporan. Rancangan antarmuka dan desain solusi menghasilkan wireframe dan prototipe. Evaluasi prototipe menggunakan pengujian usability dengan aspek effectiveness, efficiency, dan satisfaction. Evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan pengujian task scenario untuk menentukan aspek effectiveness dan efficiency. Aspek satisfaction ditentukan dengan metode wawancara ke pengguna. Hasil dari evaluasi prototipe pada aspek effectiveness adalah 79,24%, sedangkan aspek efficiency adalah responden 1 90% dan responden 2 100%, serta aspek satisfaction adalah 4 permasalahan
English Abstract
Student of SMA Negeri 1 Sukodadi increased every year. So, the needs of administration services about students payment increased too. This school already has a payment administration system. When the system is ready to use, East Java provincial government changed the regulation of Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) payment. Consequently, the system is unused because it does not match with the current user needs. The problem in the payment of partisipasi are the management of administration still manual, the limitations of HR Manager of payment administration, and the process of income payment calculation is not time efficiency. Human Centered Design (HCD) is used method. The stages in HCD are context analysis and user needs by interview method. The results of this analysis are two users as respondents and user wants a new design that complies with the rules to make it easier to manage payments and report generation. Design interfaces and solution designs generated wireframes and prototypes. Evaluation of prototypes using usability testing with effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction aspects. This evaluation is done by testing task scenario to determine the effectiveness and efficiency aspects. The satisfaction aspect is determined by the interview method to the user. The result of the prototype evaluation on the effectiveness aspect is 79.24%, while the efficiency aspect are respondent 1 is 90% and respondent 2 is 100%, and than the satisfaction aspect is 4 issues
