Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara penghasil padi terbesar di dunia. Penanganan pasca panen padi dan kualitas padi merupakan upaya sangat strategis dalam rangka pendukung peningkatan produksi padi. Salah satu penanganan pasca panen padi yaitu proses pemanenan, dibutuhkan alat atau mesin perontok padi untuk menangani hasil panen padi contohnya menggunakan mesin panen mekanis. Namun demikian, sistem pemanenan padi secara mekanis pada lahan sawah di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia perlu mempertimbangkan kondisi lahan, lebih khusus lagi pada daya sangga lahan (trafficability) untuk menumpu mesin-mesin pemanen tersebut seperti tergenangnya sawah. Trafficability adalah kemampuan daya dukung lahan dan traksi untuk operasi kendaraan. Dalam studi trafficability, tekanan adalah interaksi antara kendaraan dan material permukaan, sedangkan mobilitas mempertimbangkan seluruh efek lahan termasuk rintangan dan topografi pada operasi kendaraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mencari lahan sawah yang bisa dilewati mesin tresher supaya mesin tersebut bisa ditempatkan didekat lahan sawah yang akan dipanen berdasarkan perbandingan tekanan pada roda tresher dibandingkan dengan uji penetrasi tanah pada masing-masing petak sawah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah mengukur parameter pengamatan yaitu parameter design dan parameter tanah. Pada parameter design, mengukur spesifikasi mesinix power tresher roda tiga yaitu gaya pada masing-masing roda, tekanan pada masing-masing roda, titik pusat beban, dan sudut guling power tresher. Sedangkan pada parameter tanah, mengukur penerasi tanah dan kemiringan lahan pada 15 petak sawah pengamatan. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan mesin tresher roda tiga memiliki panjang 3,23 m, lebar 1,62 m, dan tinggi 1,63 m dan tenaga penggerak mesin diesel 20 hp. Titik pusat beban dari mesin tresher berada pada sumbu x 129,4 cm, sumbu y 81,02 cm dan sumbu z 69,73 cm. Tekanan pada roda belakang kiri sebesar 1,1227 kg/cm2, pada belakang kanan sebesar 1,07169 kg/cm2, dan pada roda depan sebesar 0,81114 kg/cm2 dan mesin tresher roda tiga dapat melewati lahan sawah yang memiliki nilai penetrasi lebih dari 1,1227 kg/cm2 dengan kadar air tanah maksimal sebesar 39,42%

English Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest rice producing countries in the world. Post-harvest handling and rice quality are very strategic efforts in order to support increased rice production. One of the post-harvest handling is the harvesting process, a threshing device or machine is needed to get the rice harvest using a mechanical harvesting machine. However, the rice harvesting system on the paddy fields in several regions of Indonesia needs to be considered on land, more specifically on the buffer capacity of the land (traffic ability) to support harvesting machines such as the inundated rice fields. Traffic ability is the ability of carrying capacity of land and traction for vehicle operations. In the study of traffic ability, pressure is the interaction between the vehicle and the material surface, while mobility overcomes all the effects of land including topography in vehicle operations. The purpose of this study is to find paddy fields that can be tresher machine through this machine can be placed near the paddy fields that will be harvested based on the tresher wheels compared to the soil testing on each field plot. The research method used is measuring the observation parameters namely design parameters and soil parameters. In the design parameters, measuring the specifications of the threewheel power machine engine, namely the force on each wheel, the pressure on each wheel, the center of the load, and the power roller's rolling angle. Whereas on soil parameters, measuring soilxi illumination and land slope in 15 observable rice fields. Observations show that the three-wheeled engine has a length of 3.23 m, width 1.62 m, and height 1.63 m and the driving force of a 20 hp diesel engine. The center of load of the machine is on the x axis 129.4 cm, y axis 81.02 cm and z axis 69.73 cm. Pressure on the left rear wheel is 1.1227 kg / cm2, on the right rear is 1.07169 kg / cm2, and on the front wheel is 0.81114 kg / cm2 and the tricycle engine can pass through paddy fields that have a penetration value of more than 1,1227 kg / cm2 with a maximum soil water content of 39.42%.
