Abstract
Sistem informasi administrasi keuangan sekolah merupakan sebuah sistem yang mengatur pemeriksaan, pengelolaan, pengendalian, pencarian dan penyimpanan data keuangan sekolah. MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura merupakan sekolah swasta yang berada di kabupaten Brebes, pengelolaan data keuangan sekolah ini ditangani oleh bendahara sekolah dan dikontrol langsung oleh ketua Tata Usaha. Tugas bendahara sekolah meliputi pengelolaan dana pengeluaran dan pemasukan sekolah, pengelolaan dana honor guru, dan rekapitulasi pembayaran uang Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP). Beberapa permasalahan ditemukan pada proses penggelolaan data keuangan, diantaranya: tidak adanya transparasi data keuangan, tidak efisien penyusunan laporan, dan pengarsipan laporan masih berbentuk kertas yang memungkinkan terjadinya kehilangan data. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi berbasis website untuk mengurangi waktu dalam pembuatan laporan. Pengembangan sistem pada sekolah MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura menggunakan metode Prototyping. Proses pengembangan sistem meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Tahapan analisis kebutuhan mendapatkan 154 kebutuhan fungsional yang didapatkan dari 2 kali terasi pada tahapan prototyping. Tahapan implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP pada kerangka kerja Codeigniter. Tahapan pengujian meliputi pengujian fungsional dan non fungsional. Pengujian fungsional meliputi pengujian unit yang berhasil melakukan jalur pengujian berdasarkan 3 kasus uji, pengujian integrasi berhasil melakukan jalur pengujian berdasarkan 1 kasus uji, dan pengujian validasi menghasilkan 100% valid dari 234 kasus uji. Pengujian non fungsional menggunakan usability dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapatkan skor 85 dari administrator, 83 dari bendahara, 65 dari kepala sekolah, 72 dari guru dan 75 dari siswa. Skor tersebut menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Dan pengujian compatibility mendapatkan hasil bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik pada browser Google Chrome versi 77
English Abstract
School financial administration information system is a system that regulates the examination, management, control, search, and storage of school financial data. MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura is a private school located in the Brebes Regency, where the management of school financial data is handled by the school treasurer and controlled directly by the head of Administration. The tasks of the school treasurer include the management of school expenditure and income funds, the management of teacher honorariums, and the recapitulation of the payments of Contribution to Education Development (SPP) money. Some problems were found in the process of managing financial data, including the absence of financial data transparency, inefficient report preparation, and report filing system, which is still in the form of paper that makes it possible for data loss. Based on the existing problems, therefore, a web-based application was made to reduce the time in preparing a report. System development at MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura school uses the prototyping method. The system development process includes the stages of requirements analysis, implementation, and testing. The stage of requirements analysis gained 154 functional requirements obtained from 2 times of iterations at the prototyping stage. The stage of implementation uses the PHP programming language in the CodeIgniter framework. The stage of testing includes functional and non-functional testing. Functional testing includes unit testing that successfully carried out the test path based on 3 test cases, integration testing that successfully carried out the test path based on 1 test cases, and validation testing yielded 100% valid from 234 test cases. Non-functional testing using usability with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method scored 85 from administrators, 83 from treasurers, 65 from principals, 72 from teachers, and 75 from students. Those scores show that the user can accept the system. And compatibility testing gets the result that the system can run well on the Google Chrome browser version 77.
