Abstract
Malang memiliki daya tarik sebagai tempat wisata yang sering dikunjungi di Jawa Timur. Banyak kerajinan tangan khas malang yang bisa dijadikan oleh-oleh untuk dibawa orang-orang yang berkunjung ke kota ini. Sebelumnya terdapat sistem rekomendasi dalam pemilihan kerajinan tangan khas malang namun rekomendasi hanya bersifat personal atau hanya untuk 1 pengguna. Biasanya para pengunjung, wisatawan, mahasiswa maupun masyarakat malang sering kali memilih tempat oleh-oleh atau kerajinan tangan dengan berdiskusi bersama. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi rekomendasi menggunakan pendekatan GDSS yang dapat membantu para pengunjung, wisatawan, mahasiswa maupun masyarakat malang mendapatkan rekomendasi tempat kerajinan tangan khas malang yang dilakukan secara berkelompok. metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) digunakan untuk mengurutkan rekomendasi pemilihan dan Borda untuk metode voting kelompok. Dengan pengguna smartphone android yang begitu banyak serta para pengunjung mempunyai mobilitas tinggi, pengembangan dilakukan dengan berbasis android sehingga menerapkan Location based service (LBS) sehingga tempat yang direkomendasikan tepat dan sesuai dengan lokasi serta jarak dari pengguna. Penelitian ini membahas mulai dari analisa kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan sistem, antarmuka dan algoritma, implementasi sistem dan juga evaluasi sistem. Dengan menggunakan pengujian Black box sistem yang dihasilkan berjalan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan dan berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini diujikan kepada 5 pengguna dan menghasilkan 74,5 dari pengujian usability dengan SUS questionnare. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem rekomendasi pemilihan tempat kerajinan tangan khas malang menggunakan pendekatan GDSS dengan metode topsis dan borda dapat terselesaikan dalam kondisi berkelompok.
English Abstract
Malang is a city that has a big tourist attraction in the province of East Java. Many typical handicrafts that can be made as souvenirs for people who visit this city. Previously there was a recommendation system in the selection of typical handicrafts in Malang, but recommendations were only for 1 user. Usually the visitors, tourists, students and malang society often choose the place of souvenirs or handicrafts by discussing together. Therefore, it will develop a recommendation application using the GDSS approach that can help visitors, tourists, students and malang society get a recommendation for a place of handicrafts typical of Malang that is done in groups. Therefore, developing a recommendation application using the GDSS approach can help visitors, tourists, students and society malang get recommendations for the typical handicrafts of Malang that are done in groups. In this study using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to sort the selection recommendations and Borda for the group voting method. To help visitors who have high mobility and also because Android has a lot of users, the development is based on Android so that it applies Location based service (LBS) in order to provide appropriate recommendations based on location and find out the distance between the user and the place of purchase of handicraft items. This study discusses starting from the analysis of user needs, system design, interfaces and algorithms, system implementation and also system evaluation. From the results of Black box testing results that the system runs well and in accordance with the results of the design. In the validation testing the algorithm produces that the results of the system with the manual calculation of TOPSIS produce the same results. This study was tested on 5 users and resulted in 74.5 of usability testing using the SUS questionnare. So the results of this study indicate that the recommendation system for the selection of typical handicrafts in Malang using the GDSS approach with topsis and borda methods can be resolved in group conditions
