Abstract
Saat ini sistem informasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang penting dalam bidang bisnis. Perkembangan teknologi membuat pentingnya kebutuhan informasi yang akurat, cepat, dan tepat untuk menunjang aktivitas dan kegiatan operasional sebuah perusahaan. Sistem informasi reservasi tour and travel merupakan contoh penerapan sistem informasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mengenai paket perjalanan wisata dan kemudahan dalam reservasi perjalanan wisata. Dengan adanya sistem informasi reservasi tour and travel, pelanggan dapat melakukan transaksi pemesanan paket perjalanan wisata secara online, di manapun dan kapanpun tanpa harus mendatangi kantor agen yang bersangkutan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode Objected Oriented. Dalam metode ini terdapat analisis kebutuhan di awal dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pemilik perusahaaan Warok Tour and Travel untuk mengetahui kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan non-fungsional. Setelah diketahui hasil analisis kebutuhan sistem, kemudian dilakukan perancangan terhadap component design berupa UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dalam perancangan ini, digunakan beberapa jenis UML yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Physical Data Model. Dengan menggunakan hasil analisis kebutuhan dan perancangan UML tersebut, kemudian dibuatkan perancangan antarmuka pengguna yang sesuai setelah melakukan tahapan sebelumnya untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang sistem. Proses pengujian perancangan dilakukan menggunakan metode traceability dan juga review antarmuka 2 pengguna dari pihak Warok Tour and Travel. Pada proses analisis kebutuhan menghasilkan identifikasi pengguna sejumlah 2 pengguna, 10 kebutuhan fungsional, 4 kebutuhan non-fungsional. Pada fase component design menghasilkan use case diagram dengan 8 use case. Pada proses perancangan menghasilkan 8 activity diagram, 13 sequence diagram, class diagram, physical data model, 8 sketsa desain antarmuka, dan 15 desain prototipe. Pengujian perancangan dilakukan menggunakan metode traceability dan review prototipe pengguna yang semuanya valid
English Abstract
Information system has become an important requirement in the business field. The development of technology makes the importance of accurate, fast and precise information needs to support the activities and operational activities of a company. The tour and travel reservation information system is an example of implementation an information system that can meet the information needs of travel and the ease of making travel reservations. With the tour and travel reservation information system, customers can make online travel booking transactions, anywhere and anytime. System is designed using the Objected Oriented method. In this method need analysis at the beginning by interview with the owner of the Warok Tour and Travel company to determine the functional and non-functional requirement. After analysis requirements, the component design make with UML (Unified Modeling Language). In this design, types of UML are used is Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Physical Data Models. By using the results of the requirement analysis and UML design, then the appropriate user interface design is made after performing the previous stages to provide an overview of the system. The design testing process is carried out using the traceability method and also a review of the 2 user interfaces from the Warok Tour and Travel. In requirement analysis process resulted in the identification of users is 2 users, 10 functional requirements and 4 non-functional requirements. In the component design phase it produces a use case diagram with 8 use cases. In the design process produces 8 activity diagrams, 13 sequence diagrams, class diagrams, physical data models, 8 interface design sketches, and 15 prototype designs. Design testing is carried out using traceability methods and user prototype reviews, all of which are valid.
