Abstract

Bagi dropshipper dan reseller sebagai penjual, kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam memilih produk untuk dijual adalah hal penting. Kecepatan memilih produk mempengaruhi kecepatan dalam menjual produk baru, sedangkan ketepatan memilih produk meningkatkan kesempatan produk dapat terjual. Dalam memilih produk, penjual mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti harga, jumlah terjual, ulasan, dan reputasi penjual. Umumnya penjual menjual produk sebanyak mungkin. Seorang reseller atau dropshipper perlu menilai hingga puluhan produk untuk mendapatkan produk yang diinginkan. Kegiatan tersebut dapat menyita waktu dengan durasi hari hingga minggu dan dilakukan kembali setiap penjual ingin menjual sebuah jenis produk baru. Hal tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan, semakin banyak produk yang dinilai menyebabkan bertambahnya waktu yang diperlukan untuk mendapat produk terbaik. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang memiliki beberapa kemampuan, yaitu dapat membantu penjual dalam mencari produk, dapat membandingkan produk yang diinginkan serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi produk terbaik dari berbagai produk. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode iterative. Terdapat dua buah iterasi yang dilakukan. Pencarian produk dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik web scraping dan pemberian rekomendasi produk dilakukan dengan metode AHP-TOPSIS. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi adalah 29 kebutuhan fungsional pada iterasi 1 dan 12 kebutuhan pada iterasi 2, satu kebutuhan fungsional compatibility, diagram use case, dan skenario use case. Hasil dari pengujian pada aplikasi menunjukkan 100% valid untuk pengujian fungsional, valid untuk pengujian nonfungsional, hasil User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang menunjukkan aplikasi diterima oleh responden sebagai stakeholder dan subjek penelitian, serta valid untuk pengujian hasil akurasi metode AHPTOPSIS. Aplikasi Scraper yang dibuat diterima oleh responden.

English Abstract

For dropshipper and reseller as sellers, speed and accuracy in choosing products to sell are important. The speed of choosing a product affects the speed of selling a new product, while the accuracy of choosing a product increases the chance the product can be sold. In choosing a product, the seller considers several criteria such as price, number of sales, reviews, and seller's reputation. Generally sellers sell as many products as possible. A reseller or dropshipper needs assessed up to dozens of products to get the desired product. The activity can take up time with days to weeks and is repeated every time a seller wants to sell a new type of product. This causes problems, more and more products are assessed to increase the time needed to get the best product. To answer these problems, a web-based application has been developed that has several capabilities, which can help the seller in finding products, can compare the desired product and can provide recommendations for the best products from various products. Application development is done by iterative methods. There are two iterations done. Product search is carried out using web scraping techniques and product recommendations are made using the AHP-TOPSIS method. The results of application development are 29 functional needs in iteration 1 and 12 needs in iteration 2, one needs functional compatibility, use case diagrams, and use case scenarios. The results of testing on the application show 100% valid for functional testing, valid for nonfunctional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results that show applications are accepted by respondents as stakeholders and research subjects, and valid for testing the accuracy of the AHP-TOPSIS method. Scraper applications are made accepted by respondents.
