Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran self efficacy terhadap komitmen kerja. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Pekerja Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 85 sampel dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu skala self efficacy milik Ramadhanti (2010) yang dibangun berdasarkan teori Bandura (1997), dan komitmen kerja milik Meyer dan Allen. Data analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat nilai yang signifikan yaitu 0,000 (p < 0,05), arrtinya terdapat peran yang signifikan self efficacy terhadap komitmen kerja dimana sebesar 32,2% variabel self efficacy mempengaruhi variabel komitmen kerja , 67,8% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktorfaktor lain
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of self efficacy to work commitment. Population and sample on this study is Civil Servants in Office of Public Workd and Spatial Planning Central Kalimantan Province. This study involved 85 Civil Servants with sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The measuring tools used in this study is self efficacy scale by Ramadhanti (2010) based on Bandura Theory (1997), and work commitment scale by Meyer and Allen. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant value that is 0,000 (p < 0,05), meaning that the role of self efficacy had a significant influence to work commitment where 32,2% of self efficacy variable affect the work commitment variable, the remaining 67,8% influenced by other factors.
