Abstract

SAFA Guesthouse Malang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang penyewaan kamar, dalam melakukan pemesanan pada SAFA Guesthouse Malang ada beberapa aktor yang terlihat yakni Customer dan Frontoffice. Pada SAFA Guesthouse Malang Customer dapat memesan kamar sesuai dengan keinginan pada web Airy, sehingga seluruh data pemesanan yang dilakukan secara on-line akan masuk ke pihak Airy. Dengan adanya pemesanan kamar yang dilakukan oleh Costumer maka pihak Airy akan mengirimkan detail data reservasi melalui e-mail kepada pihak SAFA Guesthouse. Proses check-in yang dilakukan oleh Customer harus didata ulang oleh pihak SAFA Guesthouse, tetapi pendataan yang dilakukan tidak secara komputerisasi melainkan dengan didata pada Excel. Airy juga menyediakan sistem untuk memanajemen data Customer, tetapi sistem tersebut banyak memiliki kekurangan diantaranya fitur untuk memanajemen data karyawan, memanajemen kebersihan kamar, memanajemen penjadwalan karyawan, manajemen logbook barang yang berkaitan dengan customer. Sehingga didasari permasalahan tersebut akan menjadi latar belakang pihak SAFA Guesthouse untuk melakukan pengembangan terhadap proses pemesanan kamar dan manajemen kegiatan. Pada penelitian ini mengimplementasikan teknologi berupa website yang bergerak pada bidang E-Commerce terkait dengan proses booking kamar yang dilakukan oleh Customer kepada pihak SAFA Guesthouse Malang. Penerapan teknologi web juga diimplementasikan untuk sistem manajemen SAFA Guesthouse, baik manajemen kamar, fasilitas, karyawan, logbook, penjadwalan karyawan dan reservasi secara langsung customer datang ke SAFA Guesthouse. Dengan adanya sistem diharapkan pihak SAFA Guesthouse tidak bergantung dengan Airy dalam memanajemen seluruh kegiatan dan pemasaran penyewaan kamar. Dalam mengembangkan web pada SAFA Guesthouse diperlukan analisis kebutuhan sehingga diperoleh 45 kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan 1 kebutuhan non-fungsional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan metode pengembangan Rapid Application Development, diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Laravel. Pengembangan menggunakan Rapid Application Development melibatkan 5 tahap yang harus diiterasi yakni Business Modelling, Data Modelling, Process Modelling, Application Generation dan Testing. Pemgembangan sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS dan Javascript. Sistem selanjutnya diuji dengan pengujian unit dan pengujian integrasi pada 3 fungsi utama dan menghasilkan 100% valid. Pengujian juga dilakukan pada setiap kebutuhan sistem yakni menggunakan pengujian validasi kemudian menghasilkan 100% valid dan pengujian usability sesuai dengan jawaban dari Responden menghasilkan 79 likert yang diartikan sebagai nilai Acceptable (dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna).

English Abstract

SAFA Guesthouse Malang is a company which runs on room rental, in order to reservations on SAFA Guesthouse malang which have some seen actor named customer and frontoffice. At SAFA Guesthouse Malang, customer can book a room according to wishes on the Airy web, so all the data the reservations which are done on-line go to the Airy. with room bookings made by the customers, so the Airy went to email details of the reservation to SAFA Guesthouse. The check-in process undertaken by customer must be recatalogued by SAFA Guesthouse, but records that are done aren't computerized but are recorded in excel spreadsheets. The airy also provide a system to management customers data, But there are many deficiencies in the multiple features like employee data management, room hygiene management, employee schedule management, and logbook management of customer goods. So this problem will be the background of SAFA Guesthouse to develop against room reservations and managerial activities. This research will Implementing the technology of websites that are in ecommerce associated with customer booking rooms to SAFA Guesthouse Malang. Implementation of web technologies is also implemented for SAFA Guesthouse management systems, both room management, facilities, employees, logbook, employee scheduling and reservation by customer who came to SAFA Guesthouse. With this system expected SAFA Guesthouse the country didn't depend on the airy in publishing the whole room and marketing operation. In developing the web on SAFA Guesthouse needed the analysis of requirements so it gained 45 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The method used in this study is the rapid application development method, Implemented in the framework laravel. Development using rapid application development involves 5 iterated stages of which is Business Modelling, Data Modelling, Process Modelling, Application Generation and Testing. System development on this study uses javascript programming languages, HTML, CSS and javascript. next is the system is tested with unit testing and integration in three main functions and producing 100% valid. The test is also done on every system's requirement to use testing validation and then produce 100% valid and And usability testing conforms to the responders' answers generates 79 likert which is defined as a value of Acceptable (can meet users' requirements).
