Abstract
Berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 21 ayat (4) UUPT yang menyatakan bahwa memperbolehkan akta Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat (yang selanjutnya disebut PKR) dibuat oleh Notaris secara akta otentik. Meneurut ketentuan Pasal 1868 KUHPerdata menyatakan bahwa akta otentik mempunyai 2 (dua) golongan yaitu:
