Abstract
Korea Selatan merupakan negara “New Emerging Donor” yang memberikan bantuan luar negeri ke berbagai negara. Salah satunya adalah memberikan bantuan luar negeri ke Kawasan Afrika, kemudian Tanzania merupakan salah satu negara yang mendapatkan bantuan berupa Official Development Assistance (ODA) terbesar dalam kurun waktu 2010 – 2016. Penelitian ini akan melihat motif Korea Selatan dalam memberikan bantuan luar negeri berupa ODA ke Tanzania. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan konsep motif bantuan luar negeri milik David Sogge, yakni terdapat tiga motif, yaitu Strategic Socio-political Motives, Mercantile Motives, Humanitarian Motives and Ethnical Motives.
English Abstract
South Korea is a “New Emerging Donor” nation that gives foreign aid to other country. It gives foreign aid to some country in Africa. Tanzania is one of recipient countries that gets the highest Official Development Assistance (ODA) in 2010 – 2016. This research examined South Korea motives of giving foreign aid to Tanzania in from of ODA. Then the writer analyzed using David Sogge foreign aid motives, they are: Strategic Socio-political Motives, Mercantile Motives, Humanitarian Motives and Ethnical Motives.
