Abstract
Hegemoni merupakan salah satu unsur yang terjadi dalamhubungan kerjasama antara aktor di dalam sistem internasional. Hegemoni ini dapat menjelma menjadi sebuah hubungan asimetris yang terjadi antara aktor satu dengan yang lainnya. Pengaruh hegemoni dalam kerjasama juga meliputi aspek perdagangan bebas dan telah terjadi pada lebih dari satu aktor dalam sistem internasional. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh hegemoni banyak dilihat dari bagaimana cara penulis dalam mengkaji pemahaman mengenai alat yang digunakan untuk mengkaji fenomena hegemoni tersebut. Alat dalam menjelaskan mengapa hegemoni dapat mempengaruhi kerjasama dianalisis penulis dalam isu kerjasama ACFTA yang melibatkan China dan negara-negara di Asia Tenggara. Pengaruh hegemon ekonomi politik China terhadap negara-negara di Asia Tenggara ini dilihat menggunakan teori Robert O. Keohane yang mencangkup variabel yaitu kontrol atas sumber daya mentah, kontrol atas modal, kontrol atas pasar, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Dalam keempat variabel ini terdapat alasan mengapa pengaruh hegemoni ekonomi politik China terhadap negara-negara di Asia Tenggara ini terlihat dalam perekonomian China.
English Abstract
Hegemony is one element that occurs in the relationship of cooperation between actors in the international system. This hegemony can be transformed into an asymmetrical relationship between actors with one another. The influence of hegemony in cooperation also includes aspects of free trade and has occurred on more than one actor in the international system. The influence given by hegemony is seen from how the writer in studying the understanding of the tools used to study the phenomenon of hegemony. The tool in explaining why hegemony can influence cooperation is analyzed by the author on the issue of ACFTA cooperation involving China and countries in Southeast Asia. The influence of China's hegemon political economy on countries in Southeast Asia is seen using Robert O. Keohane's theory which includes variables, namely control over raw resources, control over capital, control over markets, and competitive advantage. In these four variables, there is a reason why the influence of China's political economic hegemony on the countries in Southeast Asia is seen in the Chinese economy.
