Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran efikasi diri terhadap penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa tingkat pertama. Jumlah minimal sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 138 yang ditentukan dengan G*Power. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1354 orang mahasiswa baru dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengukuran variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan CSEI (College Self efficacy Inventory) dan INCA (Inventory of New College Student Adjustment). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran efikasi diri terhadap penyesuaian diri mahasiswa tingkat pertama dengan besar peran 19%.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of self-efficacy to the adjustment in the first year students. The minimum number of samples in this study is 138 determined by G * Power. Participants in this study amounted to 1354 new students by using accidental sampling technique. Measurement of variables in this study using CSEI (College Self-efficacy Inventory) and INCA (Inventory of New College Student Adjustment). Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a role of self-efficacy in the adjustment of first-level students with a 19% role.
