Abstract

krisis Migran Eropa mendorong Eropa ke dimensi yang baru dengan berbagai masalah yang mencakupi aspek hak asasi manusia. Dengan tingkat jumlah yang cukup tinggi, massa pengungsi bermigrasi ke wilayah Eropa melalui Yunani yang menjadi salah satu negara di garis depan dalam menghadapi krisis Migran Eropa. Karena ketidakmampuan pemerintah Yunani dalam menyesuaikan dan menanggapi situasi, isu-isu lain muncul dalam populasi pengungsi di Yunani yang salah satunya adalah kekerasan. Kekerasan Seksual dan Berbasis Gender (SGBV) muncul di populasi pengungsi yang menargetkan pengungsi perempuan yang tinggal di kamp pengungsian Yunani. Untuk mengetahui secara pasti mengapa SGBV terjadi terhadap pengungsi perempuan, mampu diketahui melalui Model Heise oleh Lori Michau untuk mencari akar masalah tersebut. Melalui model ini penulis akan mencari penyebab mengapa SGBV terjadi di kamp pengungsian Yunani pada tahun 2015-2018 dalam 4 level yaitu societal, community, interpersonal dan individual.

English Abstract

the European Migrant Crisis pushes Europe to new dimension of issues and problems to arise. With mass of people migrating into the region, Greece became one of the front-line countries to face the crisis by hosting the high number of refugee population in the country. Due to their incapability to adjust and respond according to the needs and situation of the crisis, other issues rise within Greek settlements among refugees themselves where violence came into existence. Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) appears in the midst of the refugee population that targeted towards women refugees living in the Greek camps. As to know exactly why the causes of SGBV to happen in the first place against women refugees can be known through the effort of Heise Model by Lori Michau in order to seek the root problems of the causes that drives the reason SGBV to exist within risky situations such as refugee camps. Through this Heise Model the author seeks the causes of why SGBV happened in Greek refugee camps in 2015-2018 in covering four levels of societal, community, interpersonal, and individual.
