Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan manajemen waktu dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu. Penelitian ini melibatkan 85 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu incidental sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala manajemen waktu yang diadaptasi dari Aprilia dan skala prokrastinasi akademik yang mengadaptasi milik Sari. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Product Moment Pearson dalam menguji hipotesis, dan melalukan perhitungan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 22.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,599 dan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,0001 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini memiliki hubungan yang positif, penelitian ini perlu di tinjau ulang karena kurang sesuai dengan konsep dasar penelitian manajemen waktu dan prokrastinasi akademik yang seharusnya berhubungan negatif
English Abstract
The goal on this research is to knows about “the correlation about time management and academic procrastination upon college students who takes a part-time working. This research involved 85 college students with incidental sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. The measuring instrument used in this study is the time management scale adapted from Aprilia and scale of academic procrasrination which is adapted from Sari . In this study using Pearson Product Moment analysis techniques in testing hypotheses. The data obtained in this study were provessed using SPSS 22.00 for windows. Results of the study showed a correlation coefficient 0,599 and significant score 0,0001 (p < 0,05). It shows that the results of this research have a positive correlation. It needs to be reviewed because it is not relate with the basic concepts of the time management research and academic procrastination which should be negatively related
