Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyelesaian konflik pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Argosari dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana awal mula konflik timbul dalam masyarakat di Desa Argosari. jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, teknik pengumpalan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Melihat konflik terjadi dan penyelesaian konflik dianalisi dengan menggunakan teori konflik dan resolusi konflik Ralf Darendorf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, konflik timbul akibat persaingan dalam kontestasi pemilihan Kepala Desa Aegosari. Konflik tersebut menimbulkan perpecahan antara kelompok sadar wisata dengan kepala Desa, dimana mereka yang seharusnya dapat berjalan berdampingan untuk mengelola Desa Wisata kini berjalan sendiri-sendiri dengan mencapai keuntungan sendiri. Akibatnya, carut marut dalam pengelolaan wisata Desa Argosari tidak dapat di hindari. Upaya mediasi sudah dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Lumajang, dengan mempertemukan kedua belah pihak, dan dihadiri oleh Kapolsek, Danramil serta Camat Senduro. Mediasi telah dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali, namun tidak menemukan titik temu. Konflik menjadi berlarut-larut akibat sumber daya manusia yang masih rendah dan egoisme setiap individu maish sangat tinggi. Hingga akhirnya dilakukan pendekatan persuasif kepada kedua belah pihak, karena pendekatan tersebut dirasa yang paling efektif untuk meredam konflik di masyarakat.
English Abstract
This study aims to describe the conflict resolution development of the tourist village in Argosari Village and describe how the origin of the conflict arose in the community in Argosari Village. this type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the subject of research uses a purposive sampling technique, the technique of data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. Seeing conflicts occur and conflict resolution is analyzed using conflict theory and conflict resolution Ralf Darendorf. The results showed that conflicts arose due to competition in the Aegosari village head election contestation. The conflict caused a split between the tourism awareness group and the village head, where those who should be able to walk side by side to manage the Tourism Village are now walking independently by achieving their own benefits. As a result, chaotic chaos in the management of the village of Argosari cannot be avoided. Mediation efforts have been made by the Lumajang Regency's Tourism and Culture Office, by bringing the two sides together, and attended by the Chief of Police, Danramil and Senduro Sub-District Head. Mediation has been carried out 3 times but have not found a meeting point. The conflict became protracted due to human resources that are still low and the egoism of each individual is very high. Until finally carried out a persuasive approach to both parties, because the approach is considered the most effective way to reduce conflicts in the community.
