Abstract
Pada Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang proses evaluasi kinerja dosen berkaitan dengan proses pengajuan kenaikan jabatan dan sertifikasi dosen proses evaluasi kinerja dosen yang berlangsung saat ini menggunakan sistem penilaian online namun belum dapat membantu dosen lebih mengantisipasi dan mengukur tingkat keberhasilan dalam proses pengajuan kenaikan jabatan dan sertifikasi dosen selain itu dalam sistem yang lama berkas hasil evaluasi masih terpisah pisah sehingga menyusahkan dosen untuk menggunakannya pada pengajuan kenaikan jabatan. Maka dengan itu dikembangkan sebuah sistem evaluasi kinerja dosen yang mengakomodasi penilaian hasil evaluasi dosen berupa kredit dosen dan dapat membantu dosen untuk melakukan simulasi penilaian keberhasilan pengajuan sertfikasi dosen dan membantu dosen untuk mengantisipasi dosen untuk mengajukan kenaikan jabatan dosen. Pada penelitian ini dalam proses analisis kebutuhan dihasilkan 37 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non-fungsional dengan melibatkan 4 Aktor, proses perancangan dan implementasi dihasilkan perancangan arsitektur, komponen dan antarmuka dengan hasil implementasi kode, implementasi data menghasilkan 8 tabel data, dan implementasi antarmuka. Hasil implementasi kemudian diuji dengan Whitebox testing menggunakan pengujian unit dengan 4 sampel 100% valid dan Blackbox testing menggunakan validation testing dengan 37 kasus uji 100% valid, serta pengujian kompatabilitas browser menunjukan bahwa sistem berjalan pada 4 browser berbeda. Sistem aplikasi yang dikembangkan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dari proses evaluasi dan membantu dosen untuk mensimulasikan proses pengajuan sertifikasi dosen dan mengantisipasi kenaikan jabatan dosen.
English Abstract
At Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang, the process of lecturer performance evaluation is related to the process of applying for promotion and lecturer certification. The current lecturer performance evaluation process uses an online assessment system, but has not been able to help lecturers more anticipate and measure the success rate in the process of applying for promotion and lecturer certification. In the old system the evaluation results file were still separated, making it difficult for the lecturer to use it for submission of promotions. Based on these problems, this research develops a lecturer performance evaluation system that accommodates the evaluation of lecturers' evaluation results in the form of lecturer credits and can help lecturers to conduct simulations of evaluating the success of lecturer certification submissions and help lecturers to anticipate lecturers to submit lecturer promotions. In this research the requirement analysis process produced 37 functional requirement and 1 non-functional requirement involving 4 Actors, the design and implementation process produced architectural, components and interfaces designs with the results of code implementation, data implementation resulted in 8 data tables, and interface implementation. Implementation results were then tested with Whitebox testing using unit tests with 4 samples 100% valid and Blackbox testing using validation testing with 37 test cases 100% valid, and browser compatibility testing showed that the system runs on 4 different browsers. . The developed application system is expected to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation process and help lecturers to simulate the process of lecturer certification submission and anticipate lecturer promotions.
